Had lunch here today. They mixed up our order with the people at the other end of our table, but once we got it straightened out we really enjoyed all of our food. Fresh, delicious, and seasonal.

My husband and I spent the weekend in Portland and ate dinner the first night at Fresh Thyme. It was so delicious we went back for dinner the next day! He ate the chicken noodle both nights. I had the clam chowder and the baked potato. Both were great. The baked potato soup was the best potato soup I have... More

For a light and healthy lunch or supper, a turkey havarti cranberry panini paired with a cup or bowl of their gazpacho cold soup hits the spot. The gazpacho shines here. A hint of spice with the fresh veggies is a light treat on the hot days.

I was here recently and and wanted to try something new. It is a little shop, not really fancy, but they have great soup and paninis. Always ask the head cook for suggestions and she'll offer you a list of great soups. My favorite is the Tomato Basil Bisque. Overall good restaurant for a snack.

Truly awful soup. Clam chowder without clams, not potato soup, rather a cloyingly thickened over-peppered grey gelatinous liquid with dill weed, no doubt intended to throw one off the trail of chowder. Bacon bits did nothing to redeem this mess. The broccoli-cheese soup equally inedible, again grey and over-bleneded, without the taste of either broccoli or cheese. Dreadful, and not... More

I've never had soups this good, even at fancy restaurants. The paninis are crazy good too. My favorites here are the Tomato Soup and the Turkey Cranberry Panini. We go there frequently, and everything is always good.

Work will be keeping me in the Beaverton area for the next year or so and I'm so glad Fresh Thyme will be close by. Every soup I've ordered so far has been great. Salads are fresh and the large salad is as advertised - easily a full meal.

I found this place on tripadvisor, too. It is a gem! Their sandwiches are great! We tried the tuna melt and the roast beef with garlic mayo. We liked that they had fruits on the side. What a healthy option! Soup is excellent too!

My husband tried this restaurant after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. He took me here a few nights later because I was craving a good bowl of soup. I was not disappointed! I ordered the chicken curry with peaches. Spectacular soup! Our 10 yr old son had a turkey, havarti & cranberry panini. He loved it. I will certainly... More
