Fresh seafood is always in demand, especially when you live on the coast. The clam chowder is freshly made (not canned) and it is yummy! I like the fish tacos too. I can take them out and sit on the dock while watching activities of the fishing boats. I also buy fresh seafood (like clams) to take home and put... More

We were the last customers on a stormy night the ladies stopped their cleanup and took great care of us. I have been here on previous trips and enjoyed the food. Tonight I tried fried oysters for the first time in my life per the suggestion of the staff and glad I did. Huge fan of Oysters in general but... More

The here folks are very nice! I would be too if I was able to charge charge these prices! The fish and fries are okay, don't order if there's more the a few waiting for their order. You'll wait longer than you would expect.

Visited town for a wedding and decided to try the Fisherman's Seafood Market for lunch. We were waited on quickly and staff were super friendly. The special of half fish and prawns was good but the raisins in the coleslaw were a great touch too! We hope to visit again!

Ever since my wife and I arrived in Coos Bay a few years ago, this tiny floating restaurant has been one of our constant favorites. Rob Taylor and Denise know their seafood ... and they both catch it, or raise it, and in all cases cook It expertly. There are only a very few tables inside, but one can always... More

We stopped here for lunch. A rainy day with a cool wind. This little cafe/shop was terrific. On a floating dock, you could feel a slight movement as you sat at one of four little tables. No ambience, just a shack with really good fried clam basket. The chowder soup was a little too thick but good taste.

This place has a reputation for excellent seafood, so we were excited to try it. And the food was very good, it came out fast, and the proprietress was very friendly. But the place is tiny, and it was really chilly (since it's on the water). Great for fishermen on the docks, I imagine, but not very comfortable for a... More

Walking around downtown after the farmers market and found this little place on the Boardwalk. Fantastic little place to stop for lunch. We had the clam chowder which was fabulous. So good, we ordered a couple of cooked crabs to go. The workers cleaned the crab and put it in a plastic bag with ice to take home. Another great... More

This small place was overwhelmed by our group of 8 during the lunch window on a week day. Our food took 60 minutes to be prepared. The fish, shellfish and fries were tasty, but cold by the time we got them. Other individuals turn away when the mob of 25 to 30 people formed to order and wait for their... More

Excepted a lot of local fish...order a tuna sandwich which turned out just to be like canned mix. Clams where very rubbery, French fries were not cooked long enough. Everything was overpriced too.
