My spouse, daughter and I chose this restaurant for Easter dinner while down there visiting our daughter, based on reviews and the fact it was open and easily reserved. We couldn't have been happier with our food or service, so good it changed our impression that it's difficult to eat out on major holidays. I had hazelnut encrusted salmon, my... More

I've eaten here a couple of times. It's one of Eugene's finer restaurants, and the food is pretty good. However, it feels a bit "rushed" (i.e. the tables feel more like diner tables than fine dining tables). I love eating in the old converted train cars, though. It's a great place to go as a visitor, although pricey.

Service started great, then we played the "where is the waiter?!" game after food was delivered. Cappuccinos were awful. Sorbet was good. Just wanted to pay bill and go and that was quite the process.

We were near the university and asked our phones about nearby places to eat. Google showed Oregon Electric Station to have live jazz, but they don't do that anymore and we were a little disappointed. The hostesses were not as helpful as they could have been, and gave us three choices of places to eat in the restaurant. They really... More

Trip advisor had a high rating for the Oregon Electric Station and it was within short walking distance of the La Quinta Inn where we were staying, a welcome respite after spending all day driving. We were not overly hungry after sitting in a car all day, so we shared a few appetizers and wine rather than getting full meals.... More

We had dinner here in late Feb, the dining room was booked out but we were able to grab a seat in the bar dining room which was still lovely. The staff were helpful and able to easily accomodate for my allergies (gluten and fructose). The food was delicious and not overly expensive. I'd highly recommend.

Most places I go that have Cioppino on the menu think it's served with nothing but lobster and charge accordingly. It was a nice surprise to see a place actually charge what the dish should cost. Most Cioppino is good because of the broth. The seafood in it is usually not the most expensive out there so you don't need... More

This restaurant offers a variety of spaces, tastes and prices. The dishes range from a rich Mac and Cheese bake to quite exotic appetizers and robust dinner offerings. Dining happens in the setting of the old depot in Eugene in between or even inside elegantly refurbished train cars. There is a separate conference space as well as a bar and... More

We have gone here twice since the ownership change. Both times we just ate in the bar. The bar menu is great and you can also eat off of the other menu if you like in there. The service is wonderful

The setting is nice. I truly enjoy the lounge and the patio in the late Spring through Fall is a great place to meet friends or have a drink or a glass of wine. I find the food good, but not spectacular. I also continue to be surprised with their appetizer's and wines they don't offer a high end cheese... More
