I love the place even without having stayed there. I had a wedding at Timberline. I reserved a bunch of rooms at Huckleberry Inn for wedding guests in case they couldn't get rooms at Timberline. Turned out I didn't need the rooms, but I was...More

Between my fiance and I, we've been dropping in to this place every winter for 15 years. We'd always had good service/food, so we thought it would be similar this time. Everything seemed normal and the friendly waitstaff welcomed us, let us choose a table...More

Go for breakfast. Get a homemade donut for the table and split it (size of a plate). Huckleberry pancakes awesome. Portions are gargantuan. Very tasty, very good. Dinner was disappointing only because they were so busy, short staffed, and quality was not as high. Would...More

Well, I'm kind of prejudiced... I've been eating here since the '50s... But I used to live in Portland and ski every chance I had - as did my parents - from the '30s.... I remember sleeping in my car in front of the Huckleberry...More

Ate dinner here basically because Glacier Haus next door refused to seat and stated a half hour wait for a seat when. You husband and daughter and one other couple waiting could have been accommodated at a large empty table. Huckleberry was not totally full....More

Great traditional mountain diner. Stop for a short stack of delicious huckleberry pancakes on your way over the pass. Same now as it was when i first visited 25 years ago.

The food was great (Egg salad sandwich and Ruben) along with awesome huckleberry pie. Sadly the service could have been better.

Food is served on large, oval platter-like plates or on multiple plates. Meals are served as they are up, so your food will get cold if you wait for your compatriots' food to arrive, and your sides may arrive before or after your main (or...More

Came here with my wife for some huckleberry pie with vanilla ice cream and a coffee. Pie this time was slightly over cooked but nonetheless still tasted great. Not the cheapest place but nice to pop into for something to eat and drink

This is a diner - more on the small side. I would not recommend it for a large group. The day we were there, it was hard enough to find seating for 2 of us. We sat at the counter.

I doubt they have gift certificates, but am not sure. Very good home style food, good atmosphere, to die for huckleberry pie. Could call, I'm sure information has number. Government Camp, Or. Quaint little Inn also.
