My wife and I stopped there for a late afternoon snack and a drink. The main room was full so we were shown to a second area to the side. I had fish and chips with slaw on the side. The fish portion was generous and cooked perfectly both batter and fish. The fries were a tad undercooked for my... More

We took my grandmother here and she never goes anywhere new and she loved it! We all had very good meals and even the kids ate! 5 and under get to eat free from a selection of foods which is great for those little ones. I will for sure go back!

This is one of my go-to restaurants when I hit Newport. The staff is fun, the food is amazing and yes, it can be a bit cramped - too many tables - ask to sit in the other room. But... when the food arrives... I stop caring about anything because I'm so enjoying the food in front of me.

Most everything on the menu looked great. Had the Ruben and the chicken sandwich. Both were great and liked the homemade slaw alot. Only thing was that the server didn't tell us about the happy hour menu.

Have eaten here twice now. The food is worth coming back for as are the black and tan beers. Everything we've tried so far has been excellent. The only negative is the atmosphere. There are too many tables inside and it's a little cramped, especially if the group next to you is in full party mode. We'll definitely come back... More

Great pub atmosphere, a little loud and lots of laughter. Very reasonable prices and huge portions. We have to go to Nana's every time we're in Newport. Don't miss the steak and Guinness pie or the corned beef -- it was probably the best I've ever had. If you have room for dessert, try the chocolate brandy bread pudding with... More

Mixed emotions here. Good vibe and Wonderful waitstaff but beer selection very limited. Especially when the pub boasts a large selection of Irish beer. Not. Oregon beers are MUCH better than the Irish/British beer so would be better to have lots of those instead despite the name of the pub. Guinness disappointing, it doesn't travel well. Chicken pot pie excellent... More

Looking for a place to eat on rainy day by Nye Beach in Oregon. After admiring the waves on the beach (Grandchildren call it Grandpa's beach). Worked up an appetite, every one was hungry! Boy did we find the right place or what, leave it to Grandpa.

Probably one of best restaurants I've ever ate at. Have had the tuna sandwich and the shepherd's pie. Both are excellent. Good beer choices. They need to open a Nana's Irish Pub in Lincoln City. So far, I've visited Lincoln City numerous times and have not found a good place to eat.

Last year we found this little gem of a pub.... The food is always outstanding true authentic Irish fare... had the Reuben and it was probably the best I ever had.. This time I discovered a new drink... an Irish Donkey..
