Whenever we go to the mid-Oregon Coast (Newport), we try to have lunch at Local Ocean Seafoods on the historic waterfront. We haven’t had a mediocre meal yet—in fact, they’ve all been wonderful. On our latest visit, I had the Brazilian seafood stew. It tasted...More

Recommended by our Tyee Lodge B&B hostess as the best seafood in Newport, it did not disappoint! We arrived to a very popular restaurant among the locals right at 6:00 pm and were asked if we would mind sitting at the bar; boy did we...More

I don't know but we had lunch twice. Entrees were between $15 and $25. The portions were of good size. I don't know if there is a separate dinner menu.

When I visited, there were no GF substitution options, but they do have a designated GF menu and several tasty options. Much more than the 'ol standby of a boring salad.
