We were traveling through and stopped and stayed overnight in Oakridge. Everyone we met was friendly including the staff at Lee's Gourmet Gardens. We had sweet and sour pork, egg rolls, low mein and the veggies were very fresh and tastey also the waitress, cook, and the gentleman who greeted us were all very nice .

Just finished an amazing lunch that my husband and I picked up from Lee's. Jeff is an excellent chef. The food is always hot, flavorful and reasonably priced. We are always greeted warmly and feel like family. Don't miss stopping here. It truly is outstanding.

There is no better Chinese food on the west coast. We visit Oakridge (RV) so we can eat Here. Fresh- made, super service and a table-side visit from owner-chef Jeff. Perfect! Reasonably priced..

Unfortunately, Lee's didn't survive the Lockdown. He retired and moved on. Now there's Miguel's Tacos, which is impressive.

Just like many things in this area, Lee's is a hidden gem. I've lived in Oakridge for 6 years and Lee's has never disappointed me. Jeff and his wife are always happy, friendly and genuine. The food is fresh, original and delicious. Great portion size and I feel like its pretty reasonably priced for the quality.
ALWAYS will be one of my favorites... I hope they NEVER close as I wouldn't know what to do with my Chinese Food cravings otherwise!

I read the cover article in the Ruralite magazine sent out by Lane Electric, in October. The 2 page story was about the restaurant owner, his life, travels and chef credentials. I wondered how a guy with his experience could end up in tiny Oakridge Oregon.
We had no plans for lunch, and hadn’t been to Oakridge for a decade, so we headed out with high hopes and low expectations.
Short story: Best Asian food I had ever tasted. My wife and I have traveled extensively throughout China and Thailand. This was the best!
Everything is fresh! If it’s seen a can, Lee doesn’t use it. And he visits his customers to explain how he prepared the meals.
Two entrees, rice, soup cost $30, plus tip. I noticed weekday lunch specials and we’ll return to try them. While ambiance might be a “5”, the food is a 10+. And reading his life story, starting homeless at the age of 4 and his climb to being a private chef to movie stars, like Jackie Chan, made the day trip even more interesting.

Amazing food served up fresh and hot practically before you order it. Chef Jeff and Grace are super friendly and committed to having satisfied customers. The crab rangoon is absolutely the best, made fresh every morning. You can't go wrong stopping here for lunch or dinner. Give it a try.

Oh My the food here is fantastic. Wife and I stopped here on our way to La Pine for lunch. It was recommended by friends. Are we glad they did. Food here is great. I had sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. Chicken was lightly fried not deep fried. Super. Wife had Hunan meal that had beef, chicken and shrimp. Spicy but she loved it. This is a family run business and you will meet the chef. He is a real character who loves to interact with the customers. But most of all is a great chef. You will have to remind yourself you are in Oakridge, Oregon.

Chef Jeff is the best; he has cooked for some very famous folks and now Oakridge is blessed. The food is great, the service unequaled and Chef Jeff loves to come out and get to know his customers. I highly recommend stopping here for a meal. Helpings are large so sharing is possible.

Lee has put forth great effort to make our dining experiences fabulous. Each meal is filled with visits by Lee, who enjoys sharing travel tales and his cooking experiences.
The food is beyond yummy. The beef and broccoli, sweet and sour porks, chickens and shrimps are simply delish.
We always have enjoyed our visits and look forward to many more.

Went here with friends for a small gathering. Jeff, the proprietor, is the funniest guy I have come across in a very long time! He and his wife made the visit remarkable! The food was fresh and tasty. Make sure you sample several of the dishes for a full spread of flavors. The interior is not the most beautiful and inviting, but the owners more than make up for that with charm and quality eats!

I have been wanting to come here for a while. I heard nothing but raves. I even ordered some to go so I could try a variety! So fresh and flavorful. Loved the pork egg rolls, did I say fresh and flavorful? The service was excellent and Jeff Lee and his wife are extremely friendly. Thank you Chef!!

We tried a couple of the meals and an appetizer. Food was hot, staff was friendly. Just not as flavorful as we like - pretty much average fare really. May try a soup next time.
