It's Dairy Queen. We had no expectations. Service was good. Food was fine. Didn't have to wait long. All good. It's a pretty dependable place to grab some fast food when passing through Oakridge.

Food is good, help is great and the prices reasonable. Daily lunch specials for $5 and $6 include sandwich, fries, drink and an ice cream sundae. Doesn't get much better.

Maybe it was the mountain air or full moon but the Blizzard seemed to taste a bit better than with other DQs. Friendly staff!

The coronavirus has affected tons of businesses and in Oregon the governor has made it more difficult to conduct business. The lobby wasn't open so I couldn't check my order like I normally would. We had to order through the drive up window and it was packed. They got two of my orders wrong and overcharged me. But I didn't find out until later. Until things got back to semi-normal I wouldn't visit this establishment.

Have to give a big shoutout to this business and their employees especially one gal with red hair who safely kept my lost purse until I could retrieve it the following day. So grateful as I was traveling from out of state!

I stopped in about 10 am and the men's room was filthy. Toilet,sink and floors had not been cleaned recently. Floor had used toilet paper everywhere. Wife said women's room not much better. We feel restrooms are an indication of what the kitchen would be like. Only felt that a cone would be safe to eat. The health dept needs to pull an inspection.

There is never ever a time that DQ isn't good. Was a little dirty but the service was good and of course the blizzards were yummy.

The staff have always been excellent, at every hour of the day. We regularly enjoy breakfast here because the omelets are delectable. Lunches are a bit harried, but that's to be expected for a highway diner, but the wait has never disappointed. Dinners are a bit better paced.
And who can complain about the ice cream pint specials? 2 qts for $3

Usually stop in when I want a drive-thru for a milkshake or other cool treat. Had the chicken strips recently & they were just okay.

As I have found with most Dairy Queens, they are really good for ice cream dishes, but I prefer not to order their food. The staff here was friendly and the a/c welcome on the 94º day. Good hot fudge and cones.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. It was okay, much like all Dairy Queens. Had their chicken tenders. Toast was the best.

We arrived late afternoon a week before Labor Day. It was hot! There were people everywhere. Service wasn't bad but We got a new person who had trouble placing order for us.
Not sure you can really blame DQ for the number of flys that gathered inside the eating area but it does cause concern.
DQ food is very predictable I guess that is what makes it appealing.
Food arrived hot and portion size acceptable . I did make a visit to rest room and was not happy about cleanliness.
In fairness they could have cleaned every 5 minutes and it would not have been enough. Just too many people and way to many slobs!

I have finally learned my lesson Dairy Queens are really good for ice cream dishes. But the food is just not very good. For some dumb reason I decided to stop on my way to Central OR. I ordered a chili cheeze hot dog. I took one bite of the dog and knew it had been there a while. Simply had a strange taste. Decided one bite was enough.
Noticed that the place had a strange design flaw. The self service soda machine was in a narrow space where most of the traffic goes through to get to the tables. It is a mess with people running into each other.
Next time I just drive by which is difficult as this is the only one of two fast food places in town. Next time I will try the A&W.
