My wife and I, along with our son and his girlfriend, enjoyed a superb dinner at Ned Ludd in early August. Eschewing the outdoor dining option, we were delighted to be immersed in the restaurant's rustic, pre-industrial decor (as befits a restaurant honoring the illustrious...More

We came here for dinner and got quite a lot of different dishes including the bread, cheese plate, mussels, and trout. Overall, I did think it was overpriced. The food wasn't spectacular. Tried some cool cider though and service was good.

Dinner last night was just wonderful! The Ludd board, shared by 4 was a wonderful start to our evening. We also shared the radish appetizer, so so, and the pepper with aioli mayo, which was very nice. The squash with blistered tomatoes fell short for...More

Cool concept, really good food. Waitress was helpful and made great recommendations. We weren't hungry enough to try The Feast ($60 pp), but seemed like a good way to go. We had a reservation and were seated right away. The couple just after us, did...More

went to Ned Ludd based on Trip Advisor reviews. Our service at the outset was great, but as the areas of tables filled around us, the service went from Great to good to poor, back to good at the end. They impose a 18% gratuity,...More

Loved the homey vibe at Ned Ludd. Alot of knick knacks, plants and macrame makes it feel like an authentic "luddite" location. We started with some cool cocktails. Their version of an old fashioned was very well made. The food was great! We ordered the...More

This is a really nice restaurant. Not a lot of variety but all good. Everything is made is a brick pizza oven. They have very interesting cocktails and just a nice vibe. Moderate in price range.

It's taken me awhile to write this review. Not easy to write a negative review of such a highly-regarded place. And it's not like Ned Ludd is w/o its strengths. A great goat cheese/beet salad. Interesting wine matches, including orange wine, which is worth a...More

I really wanted to love this restaurant. A group of us got the $60/person "family feast" and the food quality was all over the place. The salads were amazing, with fresh veggies and local berries, fine cheese, and herb-infused vinaigrette dressings with unconventional flavors. I...More

No so great— obviously willamette reds and they had an “orange white”. I would suggest their signature craft cocktails.
