I was recommended this restaurant by a waiter from another restaurant. I don't understand how this restaurant manage to be one of the sought after italian restaurant in portland. It's hard to screw up a pasta dish and they Did!!! Big time!!! I started by ordering a Burrata which was a mistake because the burrata don't taste like a burrata,... More

Love this place. The warmth and friendliness of the staff that greeted us was equal to the warmth of the vertical wood grill in the kitchen. Watching the teamwork and artistry in the kitchen is inspiring.

I was so disappointed by this restaurant. It's overpriced which wouldn't be so bad if he food was edible:((((. I also don't like that you have a waitress that takes your order then you never see that person again until they bring you the check. Not personal at all!!! The atmosphere is nice but dark. It's a struggle to see... More

My daughter suggested this place and I was not sure if it was my " cup of Tea". How wrong I was!!! After two and a half hours, I can't wait to come back. Decor was modern and very relaxing. I had a " to die for trout recipe." for my entree.Service was five star as was the food. You... More

We had a party of 6 with varying tastes, so we chose the family style at a set price per head, 4 courses including dessert and coffee/espressos. It is a long leisurely dinner, but we were not prepared when the secondi came out. Too full! The food was amazing, really enjoyed it and the atmosphere. Servers were attentive but not... More

Cozy Italian restaurant with tasty food. The menu is limited for vegetarians. The kale salad was lovely. Nice atmosphere, good service.

For me and my wife ... coming from Bend, where its somewhat culinary-barren compared to PDX ... we LOVED it. Our server was professional an personable. The salads we enjoyed were fresh and added just the right touch to the entrees. The martini was prepared as requested ... VERY DRY & VERY COLD which, frankly, I have come to not... More

This is a quaint gem of a restaurant in Portland serving locally sourced Italian fare with a fairly decent array of vegetables incorporated into the menu. Burrata was the main highlight! Sheep's cheese and black trumpet mushroom dish was also delicious! I had the steelhead as the main course. Everything was great except it was a tad undercooked for my... More

First the Very Good, the greens, the salads were ahmazzing. I want to go back for the greens and veggies. But if you bill yourself as an Italian restaurant, I will hold you up to high standards for Italian food. I sampled the tasting menu, the salumi board for one was delicious, the 3 salads were divine, the 2 pastas... More
