I didn't know what to expect, but I thought it was going to be more of a soup and vegetable type place. They have a food train that has appetizers like a sushi one at a Japanese restaurant that you can take and eat. We had no idea they had a whole other menu with real food. We had domburi... More

I'm confused as to why there's a menu when they treat you like you're on Mars and it's an inconvenience to try to talk to you. I was choking on rice and I couldn't even get water. I was waving around a menu and was avoided like the plague. Why offer a menu when no one wants you to order... More

I was treated to this place by a wonderful group of people and what a treat to find something similar to what we have in California here! I really like their concept and the absolute best part to me is that each plate comes with its very own lid! So even though it is being carried around the restaurant a... More

My son and I tried this out the other night and boy are we glad we did! We liked the fact that you can see what you get. We tried a lot of different things and we were happy with almost all of it. The service was great too. Here's something to keep in mind if you're new to this:... More

They got cheap and took the ginger off the table. They bring out a tiny amount, just enough for one dish. No straws offered, so i had to put my lips on the dirty cup. Portions got small. Taste ok, but poor service. This is my last time here. Many other options at Cascade Station.

This is a great little sushi place! Try going at happy hour. All plates on the charming conveyer belt were only $1.25, allowing me to try a little of everything and not spend too much.

Not the best sushi in the world. But for this area it was excellent w/o traveling closer into portland. The miso soup and korean BBQ was excellent. Very well priced. Quick service for hot food items and of course the sushi is coming by all the time. You can also order anything you would like custom made. Simple food and... More

Lots of rotating things, doesn't look Very appetizing. Not a good place for a gluten allergy. Friendly staff. Edamame was alright. I think they might have microwaved it.

The sushi is good and the price is right. Not the best sushi ever, but if your by the airport and looking for something new give this joint a try.

Hot Pot N Sushi was sadly not so hot. I really wanted to like this place because conveyor-belt sushi can be a lot of fun with the novelty and the variety. However, the fish sushi here seemed to be limited to only salmon, tuna, and squid - and maybe an occasional clam - in different permutations (e.g. , nigiri or... More
