Went at 9:00 pm and only one other table was full. The food was ok but not great. It is my understanding that this is a late night place where (drunk people) go to eat and sober up. They are known for very early morning breakfasts. Not going back

My coworker and I were looking for something besides hotel food before heading to our conference one morning. We saw The Roxy was open and decided to give it a try. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time (approx. 6:30 am). The server was engaging and friendly and the food came out in a very timely... More

This is the only "diner" type restaurant upon 24 hours in downtown Portland. The food is very good and the portions are large. The service has always been good for me, but the servers vary in their treatment of customers. The decor is novel...and be warned that it does not cater to the church lady crowd. The T-shirts and receipts... More

Super convenient, only a block from Powell's main location. Eclectic decor, friendly service, great menu. We enjoyed everything we tried and will be returning.

I love the decor there but the last three times I have ordered food, I specifically ask that the burger be cooked as rare as allowed, instead twice I got a well done burger, almost to the burnt stage, and the last time it was well done again.I did not even complain, nor did I even mention this to anyone... Get here before the bars close for an excellent omelette or French toast. Right around 1 on the weekend you'll be waiting, there is no wait too long! Roxy's will always please your taste buds.

We ate here twice during our week in Portland -- once for a late lunch and once for breakfast. Both meals were outstanding and very budget-friendly. For lunch, I had the Totally Grilled Cheese Sandwich and fries with a personal pitcher of lemonade. For breakfast, I did the Snooty French Toast. Service was quick and friendly and the place has... This was a super fun restaurant to visit, I'll definitely be going again next time I'm in Portland. The food was great, and the staff were fun and friendly. The menu is hilarious.

What a fan-tabulous place! The staff was friendly and snarky - gotta love that! The menu was quite humorous - a few bad words so be prepared for any kiddos, but overall just plain funny. I ordered my staple - 2 eggs sunny side up w/ bacon & pancakes & a side of toast. YUMMO! The wheat toast was all... More

Loved the ambiance and attitude of the place including the celeb pics, the quirky signage, and props. The food was great and very reasonably priced (The ghost and Mr Chicken - highly recommend if you like country fried steak and gravy with crispy hash browns and eggs)!! Staff were attentive and friendly. ALL are welcome!
