Thanks for another great meal. We love it here. All you can eat hot pot. Not just slices of beef and chicken or what not. A real array of meats and veggies. You get it yourself, no waiting for a server.

Hot Pot City is a fun experience. Choose your broth and foods you want to cook in it. Lots of choices to choose from to cook: veggies, meats, fish, noodles! YUM!

The food was low quality and the broth we had was way too bland. Meat selections were not fresh and taste funny. Some of the meat and vegetables were freeze burn. There was not much selection to choose from. The restroom looks eerie and dirty. Customer service was average. Overall experience in this establishment was a great disappointment.

Great food and experience. Gluten free items available as it's Asian foid. Great way to get/fix what foods I wanted! Staff was so helpful and friendly.

You get to choose one of several broth types like Thai, Chinese Herbs and Chilies and Vegetarian. The broth is put into a hot pot. You also will choose your vegetables, noodles and protein(tofu, meat and seafood) to cook in your bubbly broth. You also will get various dipping sauces to add additional flavor. This is a fun place for... More

We love this place and making our own soup. However, it is not for the less adventurous and can seem intimidating the first time.

Granted I've never used their bathroom, the food is delicious. I love that I get to choose my broth and food to cook to my liking. Always nice when we go and will go again and again. Prices are slightly higher than we'd prefer but we've always had great service.

We really wanted to like this place. Came here on a cold winter night looking for some warm food. Low quality meat, un-flavorful broth. Took them forever to restock the buffet area. Very unclean, they had no system. People were using the same tongs to help themselves to meat, seafood, and veggies. Just hope you have no allergies when you... More

I've heard many of my friends talk about this place, no actually raving about Hot Pot City, I had to try it. I went alone, and didn't have a clue about what type of meal I was in for or the protocol. The lady told me, "You make your own soup". Then she invited me to look over the food... More
