Great atmosphere and excellent food. I really liked the bar area and amazing fireplace. I found it a great place to relax and read a book during the day or reading the paper with my hot cup of coffee and scone in the morning!

The food and cocktails are fine, but go after sunset for the s'mores. Make sure the fire pits will be open, have a bite of dinner than roast your own s'mores for dessert. The marshmallows and graham crackers are homemade... (the get points for choosing a local chocolate, Goody's, even though it's a mediocre chocolate). Oh, and yes, the view.... More

Like the other restaurant, the food was excellent but service was way to slow. We kept hoping for pick up in service, it just seemed very under-staffed.

Had an early dinner while waiting for our cabin to be ready. While the menu is somewhat limited, the food was excellent; especially the pork chop. Well presented plates and very tasty. Would do it again.

When we were finally able to get reservations, we had high expectations; since we had eaten at the Ranch (next door) several times (it was great) we heard this was the "higher end" of the two. Well, we were not impressed. My husband had to send his steak back, the "home made" pretzel.... I've tasted better from a street vendor.... More

This was our second trip to Brasada Ranch. This is a wonderful resort on most accounts but several experiences fell short. Last year, a highlight of our trip was the Feast from the Fire dinner event. This year it was a complete disappointment. We had a 7:30 reservation (and arrived around 7:40 PM). We asked for a cocktail menu and... More

We enjoyed our night so much! The food was fabulous but made even better by the service. Our server offered suggestions for food and she was very attentive but not pushy. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and even suggested we share a meal. After sunset we were a little cold and she brought us blankets. Then we sat... More

This is the swanky restaurant and simply beautiful. Menu seems to be varied when we go and the views are spectacular.

My husband ordered a Reuben sandwich which he declared the best he had ever had. I ordered the homemade Smores kit. What fun, toasting the homemade marshmallows over a roaring fire. I am a convert.

Brasada Ranch is an expansive 1,800 acre resort named "Oregon's Best Destination Resort" by The Oregonian and is ranked #1 on Conde Nast Traveler's Best Resorts in the Pacific Northwest. Range Restaurant and Bar is proud to showcase the Bounty of Oregon - from partner farms, ranches, orchards, creameries and wineries. The menus emphasize this long-term commitment to the seasonal, organic, sustainable practices of farmers throughout Central Oregon and the state. Rather than a specific cuisine, Range creates a living, breathing menu that focuses on seasonality, and preparing dishes that bring out the local, true flavors from the weekly bounty. The food at Range Restaurant and Bar is as extraordinary as the view. From the expansive windows, guests take in world-class views of the Cascade Peaks including the Three Sisters, Broken Top and Mt. Jefferson. Nightly sunsets afforded by this dramatic backdrop are just the beginning of the show.
