Checked this place out as it got rave reviews on a G F site. Turns out, it was a little sketchy. Nothing marked on menu, Waitress had to make numerous trips to kitchen to verify. Had a just OK sandwich, desserts were OUTSTANDING, carrot cake, melt in your mouth 👍, GF shortbread cookies more than made up for the earlier... More

Authentic British tea room, down to the homemade scones, sweets, savories and delicious finger sandwiches. Low-key; dress up if you want to but it's not necessary. Soups and sandwiches are awesome, but you can't go wrong with the Tea for Two. And don't miss the homemade lemon curd...

Shared the chicken curry sandwich, very yummy, light on the curry and was very fresh. Server recommended it to be a good split and she was right! We shared a scone just to try. Just how I like them, a little sweet but soft not dry inside. We had the blueberry with white chocolate. Would have liked the white chocolate... More

This smallish restaurant on Redmond's main street is so special. You can get Tea for Two for $25., with lots of choices of tea sandwiches, scones, jellies and desserts. If you have ever "done tea" in any city, you know that price is way low, and it's so tasty. the food is served on a triple layered plate server, and... More

Having tea at AK's is a fun treat. Tea sandwiches and cakes are good. A complete tea makes a very nice lunch.

This is a special place - you should check it out. We have enjoyed coming back here with my nieces and my mother. We thoroughly enjoyed our High Tea in the High Desert. We ordered a couple of different types of tea and loved the scones and little sandwiches and lemon custard and other deserts. We ate until we couldn't... More

Visited the tea room for the first time today with a friend. The tea was wonderful and served in beautiful tea pots. The scones were amazing. The hostess was a delight. All in all a fabulous place to visit!

We stayed a week in the Redmond/Bend area. We visited AK's twice for breakfast. The tea was excellent; we also loved the finger sandwiches and variety of pastries and scones. The lemon curd and clotted cream were excellent. The owner came out and shared some funny stories (she is from England). We'll definitely return the next time we visit.

Londoner and London tea room in the heart of Redmond's historic district! Lovely place...in the old Redmond hotel. Large variety of teas...in small or larger pots. Many different sandwich combinations and specials in addition to a proper Engkish tea with scones, etc. Friendly service. Lovely experience. Great place to connect with friends...they even have an exchange library.

Thank mmoly
