One of our absolute favorite places to dine! The food is fresh and local and flavors are so subtle and wonderful. Service is so attentive- you feel like family. We love the steaks and pasta but whatever you do, don’t skip dessert. They are truly...scrumptious. Salted caramel chocolate mousse and cherry clafoutis are to die for! Can’t wait to come backMore

What a great spot! The dining room is pleasant, and the service beyond friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The server offered to let me taste a couple of wines to help me decide which I preferred. The food is plentiful, and very good. What a pleasant...surprise in this small town. One caution in this time when many of us expect to use plastic and carry little cash, it's cash or check only.More

Phenomenal meal yesterday. Best meal I've had in the Rogue Valley in years. We had the New York Strip, and the specials including Seafood Linguine, Lamb Chops, and Halibut. Everything was fresh, and cooked perfectly. For an appetizer we had the New York Bites, bite-sized...steak with a perfect spicy crust and great dip sauce. Each meal came with split pea soup, a wonderful green salad with three homemade salt dressings, and garlic mashed potatoes. Desert was wonderful with fresh peach ice cream, Key Lime pie, and a salted caramel mousse. Wine was a local Hummingbird Vinyards Malbec. Service was wonderful. We ate outdoors on the shaded patio. Could not have had a more perfect nor funner nor tastier meal. Will be back for all of our special events.More

We enjoyed a beautiful dinner for a family gathering this evening at the Arbor House. We had reservations for early dining and were seated immediately. The staff was welcoming, very knowledgeable and attentive. Every question regarding the menu items and specials was answered in detail....Their selections of wine were very reasonable and very good. Our dinners included three specials: pork chop, halibut, two steelhead dinners, and a pasta with pesto for our vegan grandson. The meal included delicious shrimp bisque soup, a crisp, fresh salad and homemade dressings. We also enjoyed a warm beet appetizer, and ended with salted caramel mousse, key lime pie and apricot custard. All very well done!More

My wife and I went to the Arbor House Restaurant last night to celebrate her 73rd birthday. The reviews we’d read raved about the food and we were excited about our new eating adventure. Our table was ready for us when we arrived and we...found the interior cozy, casual, and inviting. The restaurant serves only 3-course dinners including soup, salad, and main course. I ordered the New York strip and my wife got a pork schnitzel dinner. When the soup came we were both a little disappointed. It was a bit bland, but the roles and butter were good and the salad that followed was OK. It was not until I took my first bit of our main course that I knew I was in trouble. It was a good cut of beef, but I have never tasted a more heavily salted piece of meat in my life. But this was the first really special meal out we’d shared together in a very long time and, after waiting nearly a half an hour for the food to arrive, I decided I wasn’t going to ruin it by making issue of it. I was convinced that with the help of my water and bites of mashed potato I could get it down. But then my beloved asked if she could taste my steak. As soon as she put it in her mouth she spit it out and correctly declared it inedible. When the waitress returned to ask about our meal I told her the meat was so salty I couldn’t eat it. She said she would tell the chef and asked if I wanted him to try again. There was no way I was going to let my wife’s dinner get cold while I waited another half hour for a hopefully edible dinner so I declined the offer. The vegetables were excellent and the potatoes were...well mashed potatoes and I no longer had to try to eat any more of the steak so I was fine. We were given one desert to share between us as an apology and, with gratuity, charged nearly a hundred dollars for one glass of wine and two dinners, one of which was inedible. We will not be back. On the way home, borrowing a line from an ancient Frasier episode, we called the dinner our Culinary Hindenburg. We took the meat home and gave Buddy, our Miniature Schnauzer, a few bites. He loved it, though I did notice that twice during the night he had to get up and get another drink of water.More

Sabine and I got to enjoy a Cabaret show in Talent Oregon on Thursday night. But before the show, we discovered a new place to have dinner. The Arbor House owner, Leah was a delightful host and did a great job making us feel welcomed....Our service, ambience, food quality and wine was outstanding. The only mild complaint I have was that the Wiener schnitzel was $36, maybe $10 more than an entrée should cost in Southern Oregon. All of that said, we look forward to returning to the Arbor House.More

Our friends chose this remotely located restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were amazed by the selections for a smaller establishment. We were warmy greeted by a member of this family-owned restaurant. The soup was great and almost a meal in itself. The dinner...plates were nicely prepared, served properly, and tasted great. Many items on the plate were homegrown! The desserts were wonderful. It is very easy to overeat because everything was so good. No credit cards are accepted.More

Every serving was a delight and the service was personal and excellent. I had the salmon with mango/heirloom tomato sauce and it was so tasty. The starting homemade soup and biscuit as well as the salad are all well done with loving care.More

We love the Arbor House. It's located right in Talent and has been for years (20?). The interior brings to mind the quintessential dim lit, red booth steak house. The service is top notch, some of the servers have been there for years. The food...is always fresh and delicious. They often feature local produce and fresh caught fish. The dishes are simple, yet creative and always flavorful and unique. It's a little on the spendy side, but always a treat. There's something on the menu for every palate, if if it's not, they'll cook it up. Fridays and Saturdays are always popping! If your in Talent, this is a staple!More

We came to this restaurant with a friend. I looked at the menu, the salmon looked good but had a butter sauce. No problem they said, we can make that for you without the butter. The 3 of us ordered different items. My husband and...friend split the pork chop as they were told it was quite large. There was a $5 for this, which is OK. We all enjoyed the meal and the wine was good also. Talent Community Theater is nearby. This is a good place for dinner prior to showMore

I would say yes. They have two entrances. I would suggest making reservations and letting them know of your needs. They can save a table that is suitable... you will love the owner and the food is wonderful!
