Good service and food at reasonable price but, strangely, they cooked for half of our group(14) at a time so half of us were finished dinner while the others were just being served. Server said they were understaffed

We were a little hesitant based on the reviews we saw. We had a great lunch! Our chef Eddie was very entertaining and did a great job interacting with everyone. The food was good, a little on the salty side for us (though typical for teryaki). Everyone at our table finished their plate! The chef starts by flaming the vegetables,... More
Fun dinner with our family of five and another family of four. Kids (aged 7-12) enjoyed the chef who was very interactive with them! Food was good, everyone cleared their plate.
We had the new chef it was 3 pm on Wednesday. I avoid Hibachi Downingtown because it is so dirty. Hibachi of Valley Forge is a little cleaner but they both need to dona better job of cleaning
The service is terrible. Everyone treated us like we were a burden and my kids are very well-behaved, so I don't know what their problem was. Food was good..... service not so good. We were the only table in the place at 2 pm next to the kitchen. At one point i had to walk to the front of the store to ask someone to find our server.
The food was good enough but the service was terrible. The reviews suggested that we were going to have a great hibachi meal. Maybe it was because it was Sunday night...maybe it was because the restaurant was over full and not enough servers. Our server took our order and never came back. At the end of our meal we sat...
