Noisy, hard surfaces make the dining area very loud and difficult to have a conversation or hear the server's menu suggestions. After being seated, server took close to 10 minutes before taking drink orders. Fearing that this would be what the rest of the evening would be like, we placed a food order also. Food arrived promptly but still no... More

We had a good waiter who made some suggestions. we liked everything we tried. We ordered 7 dishes (or 8) for 4 people to share. We enjoyed it and the town of Carlisle in general.

We had shrimp and almonds and olives and flan, and everything was delicious and served in large quantities. It was very noisy, and I was surprised the waitress did not respond to my questions in Spanish. Overall a nice change from the usual.

This is a great restaurant for several reasons - chief among them is having a real dining experience. The tapas options makes for a fun time with friends, sharing good food, new foods and trying something you might not ordinarily think is something you would eat. The servers are helpful and really enjoy their work. The atmosphere is fun, casual... More

Andalusia is a welcome addition to Carlisle's downtown with its lively atmosphere, attentive service, and unique, delicious food. Servers were helpful and efficient, and the multi-course meal was paced perfectly. The four of us shared our selections, and everything from the appetizers/tapas (Marcona almonds, baked cheese, mushrooms, tomato bread. . . ) to the dessert was delicious. Especially tasty was... We were traveling & decided to try something new and were not disappointed. Delicious tomato & crab bisque, and spinach salad with pine nuts, golden raisins, & a tasty citrus vinaigrette. Main course was paella for two with seafood. Very good. A tasty sangria and good, attentive service. Interesting decor and lively place. Want to come back and try the... More

I only recently heard about Andalusia, but finally had the chance to dine there. Atmosphere was good, but quickly became great as the live jazz band started performing in the dining room - what a way to enjoy a meal. The place was clean, service was okay to good and the menu seemed relatively simple and straight forward, with a... More

Wife and I ate here on a Sunday evening. Very hospitable atmosphere. We had a bottle of Granacha wine and 6 Tapas: the bread Pan, the Chorizo and jamon, Bastilla be Djaj, Koutban bel Kefta, Tortilla Espanola and datiles con Tocino. All were great. Compared very facorably to our Spanish trip last fall.

This is a very reasonable diner type restaurant. The salad I ordered was very tasty and fresh. Others in my party ordered spaghetti and meatloaf and all were pleased with our meals and the price.

We visited Andalusia on Wednesday evening last week. Parking on the street was fairly available so the biting wind wasn't too hard to take for a couple of hundred feet. We ordered the house Malbec as we waited for our friends. Decent wine. Our waiter went through an extensive description of the menu choices since this was our first visit.... More
