My family has been coming here for years. Always delicious cheesesteaks and steak salads. They also offer wheat buns as an option.

I love Sid's! My boyfriend and I were driving through Pennsylvania and we stopped here for a a quick bite but it was well worth it! We finally found a Margherita pizza that's as good as the pizza in NY. My boyfriend just LOVED the French dip prime rib sub with au jus, too! For dessert, I had a frozen... More
The subs are always amazing, even when they screw up my order, which is most of the time. They are slow, and usually mess something up. They seem more interested in chatting with each other, than in good service. That all said, if you double check your order, you won't be disappointed in this place.
Far and away better than the next most popular area sub shop. The steak on this sandwich was piled high. The bun was a bit soggy from the meat juice so it could have been drained better but I did not find it off putting as I ate it at home. In the car may have been another story. I... More
It took a while for the staff to take my order. But they dont shy away from customized requests and dont charge extra if its reasonable. My meatball sub came out quickly and was delicious. The price is very cheap and for the price beats any chain restaurant around. You should go here, its small and locally/family owned I presume.
I ordered a steak grinder and was a little disappointing. The meat needed more flavor and the sandwich was too dry. I wasn't given a cup for the soda fountain and couldn't get anyone's attention so I just grabbed a bottle of soda out of the cooler. I may try them again some day.

This place represents what good was like when restaurants were restaurants. Just really good, fresh, quality food. You can taste that the cold cuts are top notch. We found this place on the web and went just literally a few minutes off of I80. It's was sooo worth it. You can get whatever you want on your sandwich. Which the... More
Sid's has fantastic food. The caveat is...it's great IF the servers are paying attention. The owner hires many high school and college students, who may only stay a few months at a time. Depending on who you get when, you might get and excellent meal and have a great time, or spend time going back to the counter for numerous... More
