Great food, lovely interior. Be prepared to BYOB--no bar. Worth the exertion to do that however, because the food was lovely with one exception-my wife wanted Gnocchi, however being a vegetarian she asked them to make it without the chicken stock. What came to the...More

Blackfish and and its sister restaurant, Mica, in Chestnut Hill, Pennsylvania, at one time were my two favorites, rating them both 5 stars. MIca closed, at least for a while, shortly after an unfavorable review by me (a glass of wine from a bottle opened...More

Our dining experience at Blackfish was elegant. Delicious kiss hi oysters, delicate asparagus soup, and an intriguing selection of main courses. The potions are small, but rich - quite enough to eat. Service was elegant. Dessert was divine.

Hard not to love this small, neighborhood BYOB! And they do much more than seafood. The three course options are fantastic and you can pick one from each course or mix and match. Love it!!

They have a prix fix on Tuesday's, and a chef's menu everyday, but you can order off the menu as well everyday. Corkage is $2/bottle.
