The taproom at the Hotel Crittenden is my kind of place. Good on tap craft brew selection, good food, good music and locals. Ate here 2 nights while in town on business. My only complaint is with the french fries, although tasty (more so the 2nd night), they are not the least bit crisp...I like my fries to be crisp.... More

Had a nice modern menu to pick from. We had the Swordfish special. It was well cooked with great sides. Nice pub with a hip beer selection and a great bartender. This now one of our regular go to places when we visit.

The best craft beer, atmosphere, and food within at least an hour of any direction. I work as a rep for a brewery. I have well over 150 accounts in the state of Pennsylvania. If it says anything about the quality of the establishment, I live 2 hrs away from the Crit and consistently visit (usually for several days) not... More

I never miss stopping at the Hotel Crittenden when I'm in the area. I love the atmosphere in this historic place and the food is awesome; some of my favorite of their staples include the steak lejon, wings, brisket, and onion rings (seriously with these onion rings, people.) But everything I’ve had here has been amazing, so don’t be afraid... More

An outstanding selection of craft beers for the area and astounding menu. We had the ahi tuna wontons for an appetizer and followed with the house smoked brisket. We will definitely be back !

Their beer selection is excellent, tons of taps and lots of variety in bottles, too. There's something new on tap every time I visit! During the summer, I like to sit outside in their courtyard area with a beer and a book. They serve a variety of foods and between the menu and nightly specials like seafood, surf 'n' turf,... More

Another great meal and great conversation. I must say they are doing a lot of things right. I had a steak special cooked to perfection and my partner had the swordfish which was excellent. We also splurged on the Shrimp Lejon Boxty, The Guinness Cheddar Fries with pulled pork and the larger battered mushrooms. Each was very good to excellent... More

After a night at cherry springs park we stopped here for a bite. We opted to eat a bit more casual so we went to the pub. The burger she had an my pastrami were cooked and smoked to perfection. We can always count on good food here (it's our 4th time here). And kudos on the ongoing reservations too,... More

Incredible food. I was surprised to see ahi tuna on the menu and thrilled when it arrived rare as it should be. The fish paired perfectly with a glass of cider from a local producer, and the waitress staff was wonderful. I have a love affair with old buildings and spent almost as much admiring the woodwork and tile floor... More
