I agree with all those comments regarding the delicious pastries. But also the owners are gems to say the least. I was recently shopping for flowers for donation to the Monroe County Garden Club Spring Luncheon at Stroudmour Terraview and wanted \ some very nice looking plant so of course I stopped in, without even approaching the owner she gave... I was excited by the reviews, so we drove the 20 minutes from the resort. I wouldn't call it a restaurant. Yes, there was food and tables scattered around the baked and canned goods for sale. The advertised special of a hot dog and a piece of pie for $2 something didn't interest me and the only other food offering... More

Stopped here several times on a stopover from the Appalachian Trail. Good breakfasts and lunches make to order. And pies, preserves, and lots of other baked goods too heavy for a hiker to carry!

I frequent this bakery so I can attest to the quality of their product. Excellent home made pies. My favorite is the apple pie covered in walnuts. They also have a great variety of pastries and cookies. Highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys baked goods.

Stopped on our way home and found this little gem near the Delaware Water Gap. It was dinner time and this is more of a lunch stop unless you like sandwiches for dinner. We had the Chicken Cordon Bleu and Roast Beef sandwich. Fantastic! Also got a side of fries for $1.00. Came to just under $20. Then the baked... More

There are jams and jellies, teas and cakes and cookies and PIES aplenty - hot and cold. We've been coming here since 2011 and never leave empty handed. There are fresh baked goods in the cases from doughnuts to fruit pies to meat pies and it all smells sooo good. It must be experienced. We generally take home a small... More

I was delighted to stumble upon this place while I was getting gas. The menu for sandwiches is extensive. The bakery items are mouthwatering. They have wonderful looking pies as well as a variety of jams, honey, and herbs from local farms. There's a picnic bench outside where you can eat your lunch. There's something for everyone.

This is a fun place, a country store type with jars of jam, honey, preserves, etc, tables full of assorted pies, folk art, all sorts of stuff. We went there for a late lunch. I had the shepherd's pie which was pretty good; my wife had the turkey pot pie which I didn't think much of. It was full of... More
