First, for all the people who gave this place anything over 2 stars makes me wonder if they've eaten out much! We stopped here last year after a train ride in Kempton, PA, as it seemed to be a nice alternative to what we normally would do when we were there, and we could try a nice, local diner. This... Not a clean place, just not! Food is good as long as I can keel my eyes closed. Nothing turns me off more than a sticky table and dirty silverware.

Dingy exterior, but nice inside, cheerful staff chatting with regulars. Had the best BBQ ribs ever, good stewed tomatoes, good custard raspberry pie. Bathroom was basic, clean. Very casual, good food.

Like stepping back in time 30 years, when people cared about each other and gave great service and quality food. Stopped for breakfast and the food was perfect, great omelets and hash browns. Friendly waitress, chatted about our families. A great find, don't pass this one by.

I have been to this diner a few times and the food is yummy and reasonable priced. Daily specials as well that seem to be homemade. The desserts are delicious!!

The food was nice. The burger was a good size, but the regular things that come with the burger cost extra such as lettuce and onion. However, it is just 50 cents per item. The price of a plain burger is quite low. The portions are a little generous. I do like the atmosphere, very quaint and friendly. I would... More

Typically visit here for breakfast however have been here for dinner as well. There's a good variety of food and the atmosphere is interesting. Especially like being able to sit at the bar and interact with the staff as they make the food. The food quality is nothing special, but good nonetheless.

Went there because at the time they had an offer on restaurant.com. It's an old-fashioned diner really neat inside . The food was OK but nothing special.

This is a far better option than the fast food around the Cabelas exit. My kids and I stopped in for breakfast on the way down towards 81. The friendly waitstaff give you exactly what you'd expect at a diner. Most of the patrons were local, so if your server takes a few minutes to chat, relax. Good coffee with... More
