I must say I was very disappointed in the experience here. The veal was average and best my wife's chicken was average. There are many better Italian restaurants in the area.

Great little Italian restaurant!! Everyone enjoyed their meal. I had the mussels and veal parm. We will definitely be back
We used TripAdvisor to find a restaurant in this area. We chose Cafe Lombardi's. The ambiance of the restaurant is very quiant and comfortable. It struck me as a well-known place by the locals when you need a good home cooked meal and Mom is...away at Grandma's. We started off with bruchetta and chicken soup. Oohhh my....the freshness and flavor!! The soup was filled with shredded chicken and fresh vegetables. It almost ate like a stew. We followed up with chicken marsala and penne arribiatta. The marsala sauce had a deep, rich flavor. The chicken was fresh and pounded thin. The pasta al dente and popping with flavor. We finished up with the tiramisu. Aahhh!!! Sinfully delicious. The service was like your favorite aunt: everything ok....need a bit more.... When we got the check, we thought the waitress only charged one of us. What an incredible value. I just wish they had opened another one in my neighborhood.More
Good food but sharing charge for meals is not communicated - hidden under dessert menu. When we questioned the server she said - do you want me to show you the menu? As in - you are wrong customer. Bad response and not a good...customer service experience. Also we don’t need to hear details of of the server’s personal life. Very unprofessional.More
This is a cozy cute, great ambiance Italian restaurant. Very tasty and awesome food. We were a huge party and all our meals came out on time. The salad is an additional cost to your meal but all and all reasonably prices. Many of us...had Veal and it was delicious. I highly recommend. My only complaint is the parking is horrendous. Small parking lot. Best to park across the street if possible.More
The food is good. The place has been open a long time, so that should tell you something. This is Italian food with good flavor. I am simple and like the Rigatoni Alfredo and ask them to add shrimp. The dishes can be customized. This...place is good to save money on alcohol costs. It is BYOB which is terrific. My wife and I bring a bottle of wine and enjoy good food. The only three knocks: 1) the parking lot is tiny, 2) the restaurant is on the smaller side with tables close to one another, 3) the bread is not always warm and "doughy" soft. I really like sourdough bread that is slightly crisp on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. The bread is harder normally. The service is good. You can book reservations online. The food is tasty...what more do you want?More
WE LOVED THIS PLACE! Super cute, little casual family owned Italian restaurant. The service is great and the food is top notch.
I attended a rehearsal dinner here for a wedding. It was a tight fit but the food was delicious and came out very quickly! The wait staff was friendly.
We have driven by here at least 100 times. Tonight made reservations and brought a bottle of wine and checked it out. Fortunately we were seated at a table for two. Most of the dining room was long tables.... community style. Our waitress was Angie.......I had to ask her name. Not very friendly and they ask you to keep to a 90 minute visit. We ordered and were finished in 40 minutes. She brought our Check, but I wasn’t done yet. Ordered a personal pizza.... wanted to compare. I ordered 2 apps sautéed calamari in spicy sauce ..... not the best.... a little chewy. Eggplant Parmigiana....Excellent! Then House Salad .... lettuce (thank God not iceberg) tomato & cucumber. My husband ordered a special... stuffed flounder with crabmeat on sautéd spinach. Except for the over garlic.... it was lovely. Angie brought our check, I said I wasn’t done yet and ordered a personal sausage pizza. Not a fan of thick crust.... besides that, it was flavorful, sausage was sweet and delicious. Brought 1/2 of it home. Would not call here to order pizza. Much better around.More
Attended a private party (40 people). Italian restaurant. They open for dinner at 4 pm on Sundays, so we were able to have the party from noon to 3:30. Service and food were top notch. I had scallops/shrimp and pasta in a rosa sauce. Scallops...and shrimp were large and delicious. This place is a local favorite.More
Been here many times for company functions. Usually groups large enough to take over half the available seating. Never have we been let down. Full menu avalable for the entire group to choose from not some 3 selection special. I am a fan of the...Pescatore Alla Giella also the Eggplant Parm. Only negative is the parking it fills up fast.More
we have been here many times without disappointment the food is excellent the service is great and the prices are very fair . i recommend reservations because it is so good and well known it gets busy
We went to this restaurant tonight and after we ordered our food and the food was delivered the waitress never came back! When she finally came back she gave us a credit card bill that was over the amount we should of been charged. We...corrected the amount by taking the bill to the hostess at the front of the restaurant. Bad service and a wrong bill make it highly unlikely for us to ever return.More
We've eaten at Cafe Lombardi's several times and we loved every meal. Last week we decided to have them cater my b'day party. I can't think of enough superlatives to describe the experience. I stopped by and went over the catering memu with Karen. She...was great: helpful, informative; she even wrote out a sample order. I got home at 3:30, called in the order and picked it up at 5:30. We had 1/2 pan each (serves eight) of veal parmesan, rigatoni with seafood in vodka sauce, and chicken with spinach & mushrooms in a cream sauce. We had Lombardi's salad and bruchetta for an appetizer. Omg! They were absolutely delicious! The portions were humongous everyone took some home and we still had lotsa leftovers. The service, high quality of the food were outstanding and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend the restaurant and now their catering service. Thank you!More
I don’t understand all the wonderful reviews, this place was some of the worst Italian I’ve eaten in a while. First off, the soup was a straight from a Campbell’s soup can, secondly both mains dishes were subpar, I could’ve sworn the chicken Parmesan was...microwaved. Only positive was the friendly wait staff.More
