Why do some staff take exception when you ask for a glass with a bottle of beer then proceed to slam it on the bar?! In my era we were brought up to drink out of a glass not a bottle!!

This is a good cheap but good food restaurant go to the bar to order and not long to wait for your food.

I've eaten here several times and been disappointed each time, either by poor service or terrible food. Also don't bother using the Wetherspoons app as you'll inevitably have to go to the bar and get whatever you ordered anyway, as this has happened to me...More

Visited this place two nights in a row. The second night we had food. Amazing value for money and really friendly staff.

Typical JDW establishment. Usual menu items. It was the "Chicken Club".....so I had the gammon which was very good. Fairly quiet so service was good and rapid. Nothing to complain about here so worth a visit.

Ok, Wetherspoons for breakfast perhaps, but why not? This place is lovely inside, all staff friendly and efficient, menu choice is varied. So three full breakfasts, all really good, and as expected great value for money. We enjoyed, and not a greasy spoon in sight.
