Great little cafe been going in a few times over the years. Food always excellent and service very good would recommend it for anyone looking for a good quality brunch, let's hope we have a drought for a few years keep the town and places like this above water.

Stopped off at this excellent tea room for lunch on our way to Haworth. Very clean and welcoming and the choice of food was excellent. Quick service and well cooked, very good value for money.

Now Hebden Bridge is one place where there is no shortage of cafes and restaurants, and the most difficult task is finding the one that suits best! We came to the town shortly after the devastating floods last winter, at which time the entire street was closed for repair and refurbishment, so one of the objectives was to support some... More

Called in for lunch. Had the Bacon Bagguette- a decent size and very tasty, along with tea. All our meals came quickly. Reasonably priced. Only criticism is that it took a while for the upstairs tables to be cleared. Would defo recommend and will call again.

This is right next to where we parked our car on Bridge Gate. A place where last years floods widely affected the tourist trade but now up and running. so go and support them! The tea-rooms hark back to an era of gentle living, small little rooms at ground level and upstairs. There is also an outside area where, on... More

They really have recovered well from last year's Boxing Day disasterous floods and we arrived very early for a mid-day meal which was from the choice of the three different specials that were offered. We were recognised by the staff that we have known for years as being "old friends" with the hospitality that we have come to expect here.... More

We stopped here for tea and a "bite to eat", so we chose to each have "a scone with butter, jam and clotted cream". When they arrived there was this scone on each plate the size of a small loaf! Unfortunately they were rather dry and so large that it was difficult to finish them. I asked for some slices... More

Dear Reviewer Thank you for taking the time to post a review following your recent visit to Watergate Tea Rooms. I am sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience. It is true that our scones are on the large side but they are freshly baked each morning and are usually enthusiastically received. I do not know exactly what... More

Sat outside in the sunshine having a late brunch with my son. Some unusual combinations on the menu, will have to call back again to sample some more.
