We cannot keep away from the Robin on a Sunday. The food is amazing! It was highly recommended by several people and it took us ages to get round to going. We have now been with our 2 year old son 4 weeks on the trot. Firstly you will not get a warmer welcome whether it is from the owners... More

We called hoping for a snack with our drink. Unfortunately they weren't serving food that day. That wasn't a problem as we had never been before and didn't know the serving times. As it was a nice warm pub we stayed for a pint. The lady serving was friendly and polite. The small bar had a nice feel to it,... More

It is always a delight returning to The Robin Hood whenever visiting relatives in Mytholmroyd or Halifax. This is a proper local pub – cozy, wonderfully quaint and friendly (dog-friendly too) – the kind of which is, sadly, disappearing and becoming but a memory in this country. The staff are cordial and welcoming, the beers are good and the food…especially... More

Great selection of traditional ales and a choice of lagers, snug to say the least but the home cooked food is to die for. Never had roast beef so good and excellent Yorkshires - even the veg was absolutely spot on

Visiting hebden and stopping just down the hill so this pub was naturally going to be our first choice and so glad it was. The locals are brilliantly friendly and funny. The pub is very dog friendly and the food portions are large and very tasty. The chef was incredibly understanding about gluten free. We had a chat the day... More

Called in with friends on our way back from a meal out in Todmorden as the 2 men wanted to try it. It was not for me I'm afraid. Looked like it needed a good clean, landlord was a bit gruff (probably his sense of humour) Sorry won't be back.
