Fabulous food - chosen from the set priced menu. Great value, tasty additional veg, all lovely and hot and served by polite, non intrusive staff who made you feel it really was their pleasure to serve you. Desserts were all amazingly tasty - including the cheese. Will definitely be going back. Picked up a menu for Mothering Sunday.

The staff were very attentive throughout . The menu was versatile- something for all 30 guests. The duck salad was excellent - chicken main course wonderful as was the sea bass. This is... More

My brother and his family are regulars at The Wagon so we went for Christmas Dinner last year. There were 13 of us so we were seated upstairs on a big table. It was just like being at home, fab!! The food was fantastic as was the service. We were allowed to have a leisurely Christmas Dinner which was great.... More

Another "specials" evening for the wife and I, and for me the best of the bunch, Tapas. As usual a lovely warm welcome from Lorraine, Lisa and the girls. A bottle of cerveza to start and then a good selection of tapas, beautifully presented and cooked. A range of starters, followed by various fish/seafood and meat tapas. Both my wife... More

I love this restaurant. I have visited many times and by now we have initiated our own tradition of dining here on the eve of every holiday we take. Family run and owned, the front of house staff are friendly and efficient and its great to enjoy the relationship and continuity of staff who seem to be enjoying their work.... More
