We have not eaten here for a couple of years so decide to give it another chance and to check if it had improved.Sadly it is still as average as on our previous visits. Yes it was early evening on a Sunday in February but apart from our table of five only two others were eating and the atmosphere was... More

Ordered on a Friday night for three people half hour wait for collection, arrived on time and it was available super hot and packaged really well. My curry chicken dhansak was not spicy at all, the bombay potatoes were a lot spicier then the "fairly hot" dhansak. my partner had chicken tikka rezzela which consisted of coconut not listed in... As an antidote to the turkey onslaught, on Christmas Eve I called for a takeaway from Eastern Paradise to the Eden Project YHA where I was staying over the festive season. It was all delicious; my chicken dansak was spicy and full of meat, and my husband's lamb rogan josh was very fresh-tasting, free of the usual slick of fat.... More

We wanted something other than usual pub fare and decided to give this place a go. Decor slightly tired but don't let his put you off as staff were very friendly and the food was great. We loved the portions of the dips served with the poppadums (and no problem to swap the lime pickle for extra onion salad)! We... More

Regularly order take aways from here, and food is generally great. But.....if you do go in to order take away, please check your bag with food in before you leave the premises. On more than one occasion now, I have got home to find I have been given the wrong order, someone else's order, or my order has had missing... More

This is the second time we have been here, we waited 15 minutes until we received an order for drinks, the food was very slow at coming out, my chicken tuk tuk was rock hard having obviously been simmering under heat and waiting to come out, the main course lamb Balti had no lamb, the korma was nice, the naan... Arrived on a Saturday night in late November, had not pre-booked, restaurant was half empty so no problem getting a table for two, food was fairly tasteless & bland, took 35 minutes between starter & main meal, very slow and no apology! People on a nearby table asked for a jug of water, 30 minutes later they still hadn't received... More

My partner and I visited this restaurant while on holiday in Cornwall recently. We found this restaurant by chance. The food was great and the staff were friendly and very professional. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. We would go back anytime.

I've just re-read my review for Eastern Paradise of two and a half years ago, having not been here since...because I was living away. Everything I wrote on that occasion was just as apt this evening...the food, the service, the Cobra. Lamb Tikka Mosommon was sublime, following a wonderful mixed kebab starter. All those with me were just as delighted;... More

I always order food from here and am seldom disappointed. I like my food super-hot and order my favourite Chicken Phall - hottest you can get. Other places I've tried don't have the flavour. From EP, the Phall is always flavoursome as well as hot enough to melt through iron. The food is fresh, delicious, service is excellent. The place... More

We have a very extensive takeaway and dining in Indian food from the many regions of India and Bangladesh. These dishes are from the sources of true Indian and Bangladeshi food - the gourmet homes, the fine Indian maharaja's palaces and the streets of the regions, prepared by our chef who has over 30 years' experience. As well as proving traditional dishes our unique Chef special dishes cater for both beginner and veterans of curry lovers. We use freshly herbs and spices to ensure best possible taste for any dish.We always provide you with the highest, quality Indian and Bangladesh cuisine. We are a restaurant, takeaway collection and delivery. We also cater for small or large parties, wedding functions and other occasions that require catering services. It is not always necessery to book to dine in our restaurant. Our dishes include: chicken, lamb, duck, prawns, king prawn and vegetable. The spiciness and heat level of our curries are turned down to meet local market. If you would like your dish to be extra spicy, hot or mild please let us know. We will produce the dish specific to your own taste. We have various offers and promotions throughout the week and we have loyalty schemes for our repeat customers which gives discounts on both dining in and takeaway.
