I got a coffee from here one morning and that was it - no turing back. The coffee was delicious and the view while enjoying it is second to none. This was my regular coffee haunt for the rest of the holiday The staff in here were exceptional, funny, friendly and chatty all the characteristics that you want in your... More

Out of town away from the hussle I was very happy to find a great secluded café you can relax for breakfast and lunch or simply grab a coffee to go, take a few steps to the beach and watch the surfers tackle 'The Pass' with one of the best views of the Bay! Food was great and well priced... More

My friends and I were in Byron for a girls weekend away and had breakfast here. The food was really terrible and over priced. My eggs Benedict was one of the worst I've ever had - tasteless and bland. I only ate one egg and left the other The chef and wait staff didn't even bother to ask why! Don't... More

Jump up early, walk up to the lighthouse and then enjoy beautiful healthy tasty food and all the normal breakys superbly cooked. Sit on the deck with native forest and birds and the beach below. Simply sit and BE, watch the surfers. Just perfect!

I actually saw this place on Instagram, and had it earmarked to visit when I visited Byron. It lived up to my expectations! Beautiful, unpretentious cafe with friendly staff in the most stunning surrounds. I dined at the bench on the deck. Coffee was AMAZING, best I had in Byron and the food was fresh & tasty. Would definitely make... More

Loved this little tree-top eatery. Lovely service, beautiful food even a little lizard wandered amongst us as we ate. Full of clients yet food and coffee was timely

As a local I'd never felt attracted to this place until an early morning surf check at the pass tempted me to try a coffee. We got takeaway coffees and couldn't even get half way through them. Coffee tasted burnt and had a horrible aftertaste. Really bland.. Literally unbearable to drink. An instant coffee at home would have been more... More

Walk along the beach from the carpark at main beach in Byron all the way to the Pass, take a view from the lookout on the rock then head up the stairs opposite for a snack at the pass cafe. The tall male barrister makes an outstanding coffee. Sit outside next to the takeway area and you get a great... More

We went to The Pass for lunch. The kids' cheeseburgers were huge and rapidly devoured. We also had an adult burger and a Thai salad. both were very good, the service was quick and the coffee was good. Our boys enjoyed chasing the scrub turkeys around the headland. Recommended (although the parking is $4/hr - even more than the rest... More

Byron's cafe at the local surf break, The Pass, is a great cafe that serves amazing breakfasts and coffees.. It is set in a relaxing, laid back environment with tables on a deck, glimpses of the bay and just a few steps from yet another of Byron's beautiful beaches. Friendly staff, chilled atmosphere..all that is Byron! Catch a wave, check... More
