We enjoyed spiders and thick shakes for morning tea during a stop over in Gundagai. Decor was authentic and fun.

After just walking past this cafe on previous visits we decided to seek out coffee and cake here this time. Maybe it was because it was a Sunday, but the selection of cakes on offer were very uninspiring and ordinary looking. So we decided against...More

After only giving this, usually amazing Cafe, only 3.5 stars a few months back, I promised to return to give another appraisal. So pleased to announce they’re back to 5 stars in my books! Most importantly I felt special. Extra smiles and service. Always goes...More

Have eaten here many times with collegues, family, my partner and friends. Can honestly say that myself or whoever I was with have never had a bad meal. Yes waiting times are variable but the food is cooked fresh to order. My favourites are Denise's...More

We were reminded of this cafe by a friend, so we went for breakfast on our way up to Bowral. The cafe was wonderful, a tribute to the past and still in good nick. It's being run by a lovely Greek lady and her daughters,...More

Both potato and leek soup and chicken noodle soup were lovely. Good coffee and friendly service. Also a friendly cat 😻 outside if you go to the toilet. He wants to come in for some lunch

My husband and I stayed overnight in Gundagai and noticed the Niagara cafe and thought we'd have breakfast there. Family run business for a very long time, dated and worn with the walls plastered with memorabilia from yesteryear. I don't mind that as it gives...More

Just enjoyed a wonderful chicken minestrone soup with toasted rye sourdough. It was delicious, full of ingredients, and so very good on a cold, windy and wet day. We will certainly be back.

Indifferent staff. Ordered two bowls of soup. One bowl ended up with a different customer? The servings were generous and the soup tasty. The total cost far exceeded the value of the experience. Toilets would benefit from a refit.

I wonder if PM Curtin in 1942 and then Whitlam and Hawke also had to wait 25 minutes before anyone came to take an order.... we left and went to the Bushranger next door, not as poshy, but we got served within no time
