We stopped off here as it was just of the main road in a far more attractive part of town, we were made welcome by friendly staff and the place had relaxed atmosphere. We had one of the best full English breakfasts I've had in a long time, clean, tasty and hot, great tea and a newspaper to read while... More

I've visited Amaki a few different times for coffee and meals and simply can not fault this lovely little cafe. The coffee is awesome and always hot and creamy, and the food beautifully presented with big serves and delicious flavours. The staff are all so friendly, extremely helpful and accomodating to all generations!

I was totally ignored by the staff and found my own way to my friends table. The manager was great, efficient and friendly. Service time was reasonable, food ok

We wandered the main street of Kiama from one end to the other looking for a café that had home made treats. Sadly we saw the same old factory produced cakes everywhere. We tried the weatherboard Terraces in Collins St and struck Amaki Cottage. We saw immediately that this was real cooking and settled on the verandah for a Devonshire... More

We are regulars at this cafe for breakfast, the french toast they make is the best I have ever had, and is pretty consistent. It has a really nice area to sit out the back too, although I haven't had anything from the lunch menu. It is really nice to have breakfast here and then go to the Sunday/Saturday market.

We went for breakfast and the food & coffee was beautiful. We also had a lovely fresh juice. Nice relaxed setting with plenty of room. Staff were friendly and service was excellent. Some menu items were a bit pricey.
