I have been here three times. Each time I have gotten a sandwich served with potato chips; to add French fries is an additional cost. The sandwiches are good, don't get me wrong, but to pay over $3.00 for French fries is crazy. For that price you would think they would at least be hand cut, but they aren't.

We were here for a banquet, I am not aware of the prices so I can't give input on that. We went on a Saturday night and it looked busy so the parking wasn't great, but we did find a space close to the door because we got there as someone was leaving. We had a buffet style meal which... More

The restaurant is attractive. I felt it was overpriced. I love hamburgers. I thought $10-12 for a burger that comes with potato chips only was expensive. $3 to get french fies with a burger i thought was way too much I was in a group of women and felt we were being ignored by the waitress. Refills on drinks were... More

My husband and I ate here and he loved his hamburger(and thats really had for him to say unless its true). I had the tuna on my salad and it was great! The service here is friendly and we highly reccommed you visit The Tavern when in Kutztown. Don't let the outside fool you the inside is really big.

We here when visiting my sister in Kutztown. We went at lunch and it was busy but we were seated right away. If you like craft beers you will like it here they have many on tap. The food was good I had a bacon blue burger and the other two people in our party had salads. The burger was... More

We are local Kutztown residents that do not visit the Tavern very often due to the prices but we recently visited and it is even worse now. A burger is around $10 served with chips. There is an additional charge over $3 for fries! My cup of chili was $5 and extremely greasy I couldn't eat it because it made... More

We were visiting Kutztown U. for a volleyball tournament and during a break in games, the team and the parents walked down to this restaurant for an early lunch and we were not disappointed. Everyone seemed to order something different and we all enjoyed our meal! It's a great local hangout and the tavern is clean and comfortable to hang... More

We went and had drinks and appetizers it was great food with a great atmosphere. Highly recommend and encourage you to visit Kutz Towns' very authentic brewery and tavern downtown. It is a AWESOME choice for food and just plain fun.

Food was good, prices are average, very busy, noisy atmosphere, service was good, would recommend going earlier in the evening to avoid the bar crowd.
