We had an excellent first visit a few months ago, and chose to make a reservation for Easter Sunday. The reservation was made in early March. Easter was a beautiful day, and when we asked for an outdoor table, we were told they were all reserved. When I inquired when one needed to reserve by, I was told, three days... More

We used to love the cocktails here. They are still imaginative, but now all are heavily on the sweet side. Maybe that's good for you, though. Music is always local and what they lack in talent they cover with more volume. I left deafened and hoarse. The food was average bistro. The server was attentive. So, if it is to... More

We stopped here for lunch while walking around Lancaster City. My wife and I had the onion soup. It was more of a bisque. She liked it but I was not impressed at all. It was not exactly what I was expecting so maybe some of the negativity is on me. However I had a Ceasars salad. It was very... More

The Pub is beautiful. Service was some of the best we've had in long time! Prices are a little high for what you get, but they are on par with what you will find at other venues in the area. We went to the Annie Baileys specifically to listen to a Celtic performer but were somewhat disappointed. The Pub is... More

So thankful that this restaurant has vegan options! It's the sole reason we ate here rather than other restaurants! Thankful for the variety of foods! Had the vegan burger and it was delicious! Also added the vegan chicken strips to my salad tossed in hot sauce, it was great!

Sat at the bar. Nice Irish bar decor. Bartender was very nice but food was slow. Decent beer selections and Irish whiskeys. Had pulled brisket BBQ sandwich, a little dry but good. Salad very good. Of note bartender apologized for slow food and discounted meal.

Had the fish and chips. The fish was very lightly battered and the chips were fresh. Food was good. The wait staff was not very attentive. Once the food was ordered the waiter stopped by three times, one of the times to drop off the check and not asking if we wanted another drink. He was short and not friendly.... More

I've been there a number of times and have never been disappointed. The menu is great the service is great. The patio / bar for dining / drinking outside is nice when the weather permits. It's definitely on my list when I come to town.

We were quickly seated and met by our waiter. We ordered one appetizer (salmon carpaccio) and two small plates (chicken flatbread and beef empanadas). Delicious. Lancaster has plenty of fine places to eat and this is one of our favs.

Description
Just a few steps from the newly built Marriott Hotel & Convention Center, you'll find Annie Bailey's Traditional Irish Pub & Restaurant. It is Lancaster's only authentic irish pub and one of the favorite dining destinations in the county. Annie Bailey's is a pub for all ages and has become a staple in downtown Lancaster. We have created an atmosphere that you can meet here for Happy Hour with your co-workers and also bring your family in for dinner on a Saturday evening or Brunch on a Sunday afternoon. The menu offers the traditional Irish Fare as well some modern American cuisine. Our extensive beer selection has earned awards in the county and you'll find some great whiskeys on our shelves. The Pub is modeled in the Victorian Dublin style, which complements the Victorian-era building built in 1890 in which it is housed. This Lancaster landmark was previously occupied by the famous men's clothing store of Sayers, Scheid & Sweeton. The pub was constructed in Carrick on Suir, Co. Waterford and then shipped to Lancaster where it was assembled.
