Staff was very friendly, hospitable and accommodating. Food was very good. The outdoor seating is nice.

Service was very attentive, rustic atmosphere.Pretzels and mustard (really good mustard) on tables. Enjoyed the food a lot - authentic. Usually not a big fan of spatzle, but like the way they fry it and put good gravy on it :)

If you enjoy German food--this is the place. Great service and menu choices. Five of us had a room all to ourselves. This is a rustic 1700 inn. We all enjoyed our dinner.

Newportville Inn does have a ramp from the parking lot downhill to its door, but once inside, you must navigate around a large bar and then down one step to enter the small porch dining room. There's a 2nd dining area also... More
