Stopped for breakfast before the ice fest. The parking lot was filled and there was a line to be seated. We did not have a long wait and once seated were promptly waited on. Ordered the small chipped beef on bisquit which was nicely seasoned....Service was prompt and friendly. There are daily specials as well. Locals like it for breakfast. Big portions. Burgers are popular and apple dumplings or pie. Sunday’s are big portions for dinners. It is ok. A little dated.

They have a nice breakfast menu and a great staff to go with it. The food is very good, and reasonably priced.

Ruthie’s is an old fashioned restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfasts are especially good but remember to ask for the homemade bread. The servers are efficient and always welcoming. The meatloaf is great as well as the pot roast. Lots of food but...not expensive.More

Hadn’t been here before and was happy we stopped. Lots of locals and was busy on a Friday afternoon. Breakfast is always served..enjoyed the pancakes. The omelette was a little over cooked. Prices were good, as was the service.

Ruthies is great! Been going since I was a kid! Food is phenomenal tastes just like grandmas. And the portion sizes are huge. Not to many places you can get a hot turkey sandwich and mashed potatoes for $6.99 but you can here. Nothing fancy...but delicious.More
