Ate at Vickers on a Friday night. The restaurant was not overly crowded. We were seated in front of the fireplace, which was lovely. The butternut squash soup was fantastic, as was the asparagus appetizer. My shrimp and scallops came with a delicious risotto and a carrot/vanilla purée....amazing. My dining companion had an excellent halibut dish. Great ambiance. The server... More

My wife and I have been wanting to dine here since we moved to Spring City, PA a year ago. Our 29th Anniversary was a wonderful occasion to use as our reason for visiting. The decor inside was a lot of wood paneling and other accoutrements that hearkened to the 1700s. We like dining at inns and this fit right... More

We've been to Vickers Tavern several times and all I can say is that every time the food and service has exceeded our expectation. This is a very quaint place and if you have never had a chance to visit you don't know what you're missing. Great place for a special occasion or just want something different.

My first visit to Vickers was with a group of ten in a private dining room. The service was impeccable. We were comfortable and the food was very good -- from appetizers to entrees to dessert. Our private room was nicely decorated and quiet enough to really enjoy our conversation. I look forward to another visit.

I think Vickers has the best food in the Exton area, including especially the Beef Wellington special. Good selection of wines. And the atmosphere is very relaxing, including fireplaces for cold winter nights (didn't need the fireplace this week)

I first visited Vickers in 1998, and for some reason (despite many visits to the area), never came back. I still remember that meal in 1998, and I was not disappointed on this visit early. Vickers is a charming restaurant that seems to be almost "lost in time", but that is a compliment. The building is beautiful on the outside... More

Anniversary dinner with my wife. For appetizers we had a caprese salad and French onion soup. Both were very good. I had their Signiture dinner of bison steak with a wonderful mushroom sauce, my wife order a filet. crème brûlée for desert. A couple of glasses of wine. The waitstaff was attentive and the owner swung by to say hello.... More

Had a business dinner nearing for group of 30. Well hosted, excellent service by ample number of servers, very professional. Food was excellent, but sorry, can't tell you about the wine/spirits since didn't have any. Ambience is charming.

My husband and I dined at this restaurant many years ago when we last lived in the area, Monday night we entertained guests from Savannah, Georgia, for dinner at Vickers Restaurant. Our high expectations were met fully. Though it was a Monday night and very quiet, our service was excellent; the atmosphere elegant; and the meal, delicious. We could not... More
