We stopped by one Friday night (without) a reservation but were lucky enough to get 2 spots at the bar. The bartender is very friendly, quick, attentive, and accommodating. Most of the crowd seemed to know him so I would suspect that this is a local hotspot. We ordered the eggplant appetizer to share and they ended up splitting it... More

Love the San Nicola salad. Can get lunch or dinner size with great sea food. Before entre enjoy the fresh, warm crusty roll with olive oil and Parmesan cheese. A hidden lunch treasure is the tomato soup with crab. Beautifully served with tons of crab. Add the rolls and soup is now only $6.50. Nice atmosphere - tablecloths and cloth... More

I frequently dine here. Two nights ago I ordered veal saltimbucca, the dinner special. The veal was so thin and dried out! It was just floating in juice with meat and mozarrella topping each piece, barely melted. When asked if I wanted to take my leftovers home- of which there was a lot, I told the waitress no, that I... We had been here for lunch and liked it so came back for dinner with our daughter. Our experience was excellent. Extensive menu reasonably priced. Nice wine list with a wide selection of types and prices. Our server was prompt and pleasant. Everyone loved their entrees. We will definitely go back!!

Business group of about 15 people came here for dinner. Good antipasto menu offers hot or cold items. Mains offer traditional pastas, meat and fish dishes. Should have no trouble finding something you like. I started with the white bean soup...it was OK but I have certainly had better...was a bit bland. For my main I had the whole wheat... More

3 of went here close to closing. We called ahead as we thought maybe was too late to come in. They said come on in. We were treated well. Food and service were good and large portions. I wish we would have split something. Overall I was happy with the experience.

This restaurant is absolutely horrible. Our family was visiting from Indianapolis and we all wanted authentic Italian food. We got cold plastic for pasta and stale cold bread instead. To make our visit worse the service forgot about us. How do you forget about 6 people including 2 children On A very quiet evening?? This was our last visit!

This is a very nice restaurant, food is excellent, service is excellent, area not overwhelming, just enough tables to feel comfortable, no complaints from us.

This had been a regular destination for us but, on our last visit, we found pasta no better than that from a can, tiramisu no better than that from Costco, rack of lamb tasteless and mushy. The pasta replaces what used to be a nice melange of sauteed vegetables. The wait-staff does not know what's on the menu nor how... More

Visiting family in West Chester and this is one of their favorite restaurants, and I can understand why. The service was outstanding; attentive without being intrusive. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We were a party of seven; all of us loved our appetizers and entrees. I highly recommend San Nicola and would love to visit again.
