Brought my sister and niece here for a special reunion dinner. Delicious and varied menu. Great atmosphere, if not a little noisy! Very friendly wait-staff.

We are never disappointed at the Black Lab Bistro. Consistently it is one of the absolute best restaurants in growing and very popular Phoenixville, PA. The service is always extremely good and the wait staff could not be more pleasurable.

The Black Lab has survived the growth in Phoenixville pretty well. It’s a BYOB with above average food and the prices are decent. If you’re looking for something nicer than Ironhill but not as pricey as Majolica.

Good food and good service. We had rib eye steak and scallops for dinner along with calamari (which was just okay) and asparagus soup. The vegetables were cooked perfectly

Enjoyed our time there. Food tasted okay and it came out in a reasonable amount of time. Wait staff was friendly.

Was looking for a place to meet friends halfway, they live out in the country and we in the Phili suburbs. Found the Black Lab and took a chance. Should have bought a lottery ticket. Good food. Great service, attentive but not pestering. Plan to...More

There is NOT a gluten-free menu. We specifically asked for no sauce on the steak and told them we needed gluten-free, but the communication gap between us and the wait staff/chef resulted in probably consuming gluten at some... More

Yes, every time I have been to Back Bay, there have been children with adults. Often, it seems that they are regulars. I suspect if you call ahead, you could snag a corner table for a bit more space and distance from other... More
