Great breakfast!

Wonderful small breakfast restaurant. Very quaint. Nice menu with all usual breakfast fare but outstanding! The portions are very generous. Tried the French toast which was really good. The sausages are the size of a hamburger, and so good! The pancakes are dinner plate size...and delicious! Highly recommend! They also offer their own maple syrup too!More

Great little local diner

My husband and I spent a long weekend at an Airbnb in Damascus PA. I had already researched local eateries and this place was well rated and only about five minutes from our cabin. it did not disappoint. it was just a great little local...cozy diner. Great service and the food was awesome. I had the “Oleg or Oloff” which consisted of eggs any style a pile of home fries with fried onions, peppers and sausage. It barely fit on the plate and I ended up taking home the other half of it and having it the following day. If you’re in the area I would definitely recommend giving this place a try . .More

Amazing! There Aren't Enough Stars in the Heavens to Adequately Rate This Place

It is a bit out in the middle of nowhere but, even if you have to drive an hour out of the way, DO IT! It is a quaint little place where you can see all the goings on at the griddle. And the lady...at the griddle is a magician. Can juggle 8 simultaneous orders without batting an eye. If Cirque de Soleil ever has a cooking act, she should be in it. Start off with the buttered and grilled cinnamon role. It is just what it sounds like and it is decadent. I got two eggs over easy, some bacon and home fries. The bacon was nice and crisp and the home fries were done to perfection. I also got some chocolate cream pie to take home, which was also delicious. I'm telling you, I'm a big breakfast fan and this place is right at the top of my list now. I live over two hours away and I'm trying to think up excuses to travel up there again. Service was quick and the prices were very reasonable. Just a great, great breakfast.More

Yes

I was looking for a picturesque place to have breakfast on my way home from a delightful country destination wedding. I located Dutton’s along my route. I couldn’t have found a better place. If the omelet and coffee were any indication, the food is wonderful....I am very picky about my coffee and the eggs were made the way a griddle omelet should be. Rye toast was real rye bread. The at atmosphere is what a traveler dreams about and the service was with a smile and a chat.More

Fabulous Family Owned Diner

Truly the best brunch we've had in years. Oversized portions home cooked in front of you with love. It's family owned and run (three generations!) and they really love what they do and it shows!! We had the hash (which was to DIE for), the...pancakes, and the egg sandwich on a bagel. So very good and just lovely people. Highly recommend if you want a real diner experience!! Will not disappoint!More

What a Show

Another GREAT meal at Dutton Diner. Difference this time it was so crowded, some local camp was having a re-union day, that we were forced to sit at the counter. Always sat at a table. What a difference. Not only Great food. Not only friendly...and great service BUT we had the pleasure--privilege--to watch Tracie cook everyone's meals. She does it all. The eggs, the pancakes, the French toast, the bacon, the hash, the etc etc etc. I wanted to put it to music. All her four arms and hands, well it felt that way, were working overtime. And the best part ---They didn't charge us extra for the show. When you go, and you must, sit, at least one time,. at the counter. You'll thank me and be amazed at a Master's work.More

Best diner around

Tracey and Diana are the best. Their food is so delicious, portions are huge, coffee is great, service comes with a smile. Couldn’t ask for a better spot for breakfast.

Fresh ingredients, large portions and clean, friendly atmosphere make Dutton's a great breakfast stop. Try the HUGH pancakes.

Fantastic breakfast and lunch in the middle of nowhere

Worth the detour if you are in the area but check the opening hours. Everything is delicious. Great breakfast, blueberry pancakes with real sirop for a small supplement, great sandwiches. Great home fries.The owner has it together and the service is very warm
