Great personable STAFF people and classic tea food sandwiches and desserts. For a mid summer tea the room was full with animated diners and bustling STAFF. Service was prompt. We had a very enjoyable time.

This is my new favorite tea room. I've tried a few others, but this one is the best. Most tea rooms fill the tea sandwiches with a thin line of filling. These sandwiches were more generously filled. I've also been to tea rooms that have...More

What a nice treat from my husband to take me to tea. This is a charming small tearoom. We started with wonderful mushroom bisque. Very flavorful. Then we shared a grilled Brie and apple and cranberry chutney sandwich. Which was delicious. Then we each had...More

I love the idea of a tea house, so already biased, but the scones here are very good and afternoon tea is authentic. I was even advised as to whether clotted cream goes on before or after jelly, which depends on geography, apparently. There is...More

I ordered a curry chicken salad wrap, and thought it was very mediocre. The wrap material tasted stale. The tea was wonderful, but I wouldn't eat lunch here again. I enjoyed seeing the place, and would not return.More
