Stopped by Krugel’s on October 10 with a friend. He had seen them on a local TV program and wanted to check it out. We were very impressed! I had salt and vinegar wings, and they were amazing! Also took home a caramel milk stout...that I believe was based on the owners recipe, and that was phenomenal. They might even throw on a record for you while you are eating/drinking! Tons of fun! Will definitely be stopping by again sometime soon.More
I'm reviewing Krugel's again because we had some food this visit. Krugel's is a great place for regular and craft beer. This weekend we stopped in and decided to have a beer or two there and we ordered a Turkey Club. The club sandwich was...excellent and came with chips and a pickle. My wife had a few Nimble Hill Three-O- Nina's Udderly MOO-licious Milk Stout drafts, available only at Krugel's. I had a few Harpoon Dunkin Coffee Porters. We also grabbed a 12 pack of Goose Island Parka Porter. The staff is very helpful and nice. They have a dedicated TV for beer reviews. It's very clean. They also have some classic old vinyl records they spin on a turn table. There is plenty of off street parking.More
Krugel's is a deli and a great place to grab a few six packs or some individual beers. We were here last weekend looking for some fall beer and they had everything you could imagine. They have a huge selection of craft beers both warm...and cold and they also have a few beers on tap. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable. It's clean and they have lots of off street parking.More
Five stars for beer selection! We stopped by yesterday and were super excited by the great variety of beer! We got a growler filled with the beer made especially for them. We also bought the Clutch beer, which has been hard to find in our...area. The last place we bought a bunch was in D.C. We left with a great variety to try... because that's what we love to do... try different beer! We haven't had their food yet, but the next time we stop by we'll be sure to bring our appetite.More
We came to buy craft beer, as the selection is great. We ended up trying the food, which was good, not great, not bad, just good. No complaints, good value. Nice people running the place, but dining is among the aisles of beer selections. Don't...go for the ambiance, just go for a nice sandwich and for the great craft beer selection.More
A couple of locals carried us to lunch at the Georgetown Deli and Beer today. We were presently surprised by the wide selection of beer ... definitely have to come back outside of a workday lunch. The food was also good and prompt ... very...nice business lunch.More
This was a bar and is no longer in business. The owner died suddenly several years ago. His family opened georgetown deli on same property. Its not very good food and mostly pushes very over priced mix your own six packs. I found same beers...in 12 packs at a near by beer distributor at much cheaper prices.More
