I eat here at least once every time I stay at the hotel as it's simply convenient. I always try the local beer on tap, which I appreciate, especially when it's from a smaller brewery. The last year & a half I've only ever seen 3 servers who often seem to be hiding in the kitchen. Usually 1 server on... More

We were travelling for business and showed up late for an overnight stay. The restaurant was still open and we wanted dinner. Our waitress was polite, informative and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed some cocktails from the bar and entrees. The menu had several selections from sandwiches to steaks, but I chose a burger and fries. My work mate... More

The breakfast which was complimentary when staying at four points was very good, with chicken sausages, eggs, cereals etc. The waitress was very nice and enthusiastic :) For dinner tried one of their entrees which was good in quantity, the bar is usually crowded during evenings, good variety of beers to be had here. Service although can do better, usually... More

I only went to dinner because I was misinformed that dinner was on the house for SPG Platinum Member. I was sadly informed that this was not the case and spend over $60.00 for poor food and service. I order the blackened shrimp with cole slaw and garlic bread. The cole claw tasted terrible and the bread was hard as... More

We had dinner here while staying at the hotel. The staff was really friendly, and it was quiet. They have a kids menu and the prices were reasonable for hotel food. We had an appetizer, dinner and drinks and all were very good! We also had breakfast there twice, it's nothing fancy, but it's complimentary on weekends and a reasonable... More

I didn't eat...only drank. Debbie was my bartender and great! It was a quiet night, nonetheless she was awesome, attentive, knowledgeable and professional. She listened to my semi/drunken"business proposals". How many bartenders have had to endure those conversations and business plan "presentations"?! To that I thank you Debbie...cheers!

The first time we went to Trio's both the food and service were excellent. We returned and expected the same. The waitress (Georgina) was abrupt bordering on rude (Q: "What are the dressings?" A: "The normal ones"). Never asked for drinks with the dinner and water never refilled. Didn't ask about dessert or coffee, simply brought the check. The steak... More

Decided to try this restaurant because of a deal on restaurants.com. Got a sitter and went out with my wife four the first time in 6 months. No one in the restaurant on a Friday night, bad sign. We were the only ones there. Limited menu. Tried the fried seafood platter and it was just frozen stuff that was filled... More
