This restaurant was great for lunch. My only complaint was that it was tiny and a bit warm. The food was delicious. Especially the grilled pimento and green tomato sandwich! The truffle fries were delish as well!

I have been to Cru Café several times, and I have never had anything other than an excellent meal. The hamburgers, the shrimp tagliatelle, General Tso's chicken, the fantastic bread pudding, everything is good. Service is on point and very knowledgeable, and prices are less...More

This is a charming, small restaurant that specializes in serving the freshest gourmet comfort food they can get. The portion sizes are perfect as is the service. The The Maple Leaf Farms Duck Breast and the Chesire Farms Pork Chop are my two favorite entrees....More

Good place for business or casual meal. Limited seating so make a reservation. They focus on local dishes.

Overall a great experience- being vegetarian can be challenging in Charleston but we had a lovely dinner at Cru. Favorite was the mushroom bisque special. Service was friendly.

A must for lunch, would have loved to gone back there for dinner. We sat on what they call the chef's table but really it is a ledge with stools overlooking the kitchen. I loved sitting there watching and talking to the cooks. They were...More

Visited with my wife for lunch as we were headed out of town and had a great meal. The calamari was perfect and the Caesar with salmon that I had was just the right amount. Salmon was cooked perfectly too. Can't wait to come back.

They were busy but seated us without a reservation. Waitress was great, I had a special thai wrap and my wife had a Goat Cheese salad. Both were very good, plenty to eat, attentive service and a nice dining experience with good prices.
