Cute location with outside patio seating. Great coffee. I love that they make homemade syrups. Prices were a little high, especially because 3 small drinks came to $22 (I’m thinking the barista somehow overcharged but we didn’t want to say anything). Very good coffee though and would return when in the area.

Coffee beans: the highest quality. Ingredients: syrups custom crafted. Variety: All types of coffee with unique offerings like Orange/Cinnamon Latte. Atmosphere: When you are here you are home. Warm atmosphere with the friendliest of barista's. You will not be disappointed. (BTW, the Village Grind was even featured in the New York Times.)

Honestly the best coffee in Greenville! And I’ve visited many of the local coffee houses. Unique flavors, charming & hip interior and location in West Greenville. Super friendly staff. Makes you want to come back again and again! A MUST TRY!!

The staff is so warm and welcoming. The shop itself is so wonderfully decorated. The atmosphere is awesome. The lavender latte was the best latte I've had in a long time.

Located in the hip West End, The Village Grind was our favorite coffee shop we visited in Greenville, SC. Walk in to a well let, and beautifully designed place. There are plants hanging, people working on laptops at tables, and talking on couches. The mirrors lining the wall are all unique, and equally stunning. We weren't surprised when, later that day, we saw a young group of girls all posing for pictures in the coffee shop. And did we mention the coffee?! The best we had in Greenville, during our entire 3 week stay.

What a cool and Uber friendly joint. Great coffee and great atmosphere. A very nice addition to the neighborhood. This area is hip, along Pendleton St. in the Village of West Greenville. Come and sample, browse and get a good coffee too

This is my favorite coffee shop in Greenville. They have your regular espresso and then they have uniquely flavored lattes (all their syrups are house made, I believe.) I always get the rose cardamom latte and a morning bun when they have them. The space is small, but there’s seating in the adjacent restaurant. The staff is friendly but not invasive and there’s always a warm atmosphere in the shop. It’s especially cozy on a rainy winter day. Parking can be hard to get but it’s so worth looking for a spot. I highly recommend this coffee shop if you’re serious about coffee or even if you’ve never had coffee before.

The coffee is absolutely delicious (their special rose cardamom latte is my favorite and so wonderful). The shop is cozy and so cute, and the staff is very nice and welcoming. I recommend going on Sundays and getting the best doughnuts in Greenville!

Having just returned from Costa Rica, I know how poorly I have been making coffee so my personal ability is improving. But if you want to skip the increased steps head to the Village Grind and enjoy the best coffee and a great wait staff. They have other delicious goodies as well. Grind is the operative word🙏Trey

If you are looking for coffee that has been sitting around on a warmer getting bitter, you are in the wrong place. However, if you are looking for individually prepared coffee or tea made with care and attention, you are in the right place. Try the lavender mocha. I would never have thought of that combination, but a friend bought one for me once. That drink surprised me with its deliciousness. There are cookies and sometimes donuts available at the counter, but if you want more substantial fare, you can take your coffee through the portal to GB&D, the restaurant next door. You can enjoy handcrafted coffee with your breakfast or lunch.

The Village Grind is a charming little coffee shop. The unique selections of brews and quaint atmosphere make for a fun stop to satisfy your caffeine needs. They're prices are reasonable too.
