My adult son and I came by after dinner and a walk, he ordered coffee and I ordered a small ice cream . The ice cream was good.
The way it works: you order either a base of vanilla or chocolate and then tell them what you want mixed in. I asked for coffee in mine. They mix it together in a very unique mixer type machine and it extrudes it into your choice of cup or cone. My son thought the coffee was good, but he liked my ice cream better.
I did not observe any faux pas regarding the covid pandemic and felt comfortable with the practices of the staff and the cleanliness of the business.
There was live music on the patio, which was nice to enjoy while we had our coffee and ice cream and the location is great - right beside the bridge. A nice walk to enjoy the waterfall scene.

We stopped in here for Ice Cream two days in a row. The first day, the ice cream was delicious and loaded with toppings. On the second day, hardly any toppings. We could hardly tell my ice cream (supposed to have 2 toppings) from my husband’s, which had no toppings. My recommendation to the owner would be to train the staff to be more consistent with the amount of toppings they put in the ice cream so as to manage your customers

This is the best ice cream I've ever had. You start with a base of vanilla or chocolate, ice cream or yogurt. Then, you choose what you want mixed in (e.g. m&ms, oreos, marshmallow, etc.). The end result is incredible. Get it in a cone because the cones are also amazing. Love the atmosphere. Plenty of places to sit and relax and enjoy your ice cream.

The individual making our ice cream cones and serving wore one glove and no mask. While making our dishes he would wipe his nose with his i gloves hand while handling the ice cream cones and/or bowls. Completely unsanitary given the current environment.

While waiting for my ice cream I noticed a staff person in the prep area cutting up cookie dough into small pieces and bagging it to bring to the front to be used in customers’ ice cream. Then, with his gloves still on, he popped some in his mouth. I thought I saw wrong, so watched a little more and he continued - put some in the bag, some in his mouth. I said something to one of the other staff and he went back and spoke to him. He was young, I thought maybe he just didn’t know better and this would take care of it. Nope, on our way out I took another peek and he had his mouth full again. I looked at the website for an email address to contact management instead of posting here, because I’m still hoping this was not a widespread practice, but there was no email provided so here we are….

Don't go.... Hours posted were until 11:00 PM but they closed at 6:00. We showed up at 5:50 and they wouldn't allow us in. We had a 2 year old with us and I told the employee that we had walked all the way down and she was excited about the ice cream. He said that we could go to Marble Slab down the road. Skip Spill the Beans and head somewhere that wants the bushes and appreciate your business.

They do not clean the machines well enough in between customers. I had a big glob of peanut butter at the bottom of my waffle bowl. My son also had remnants of the last ice cream made in his cone. Bathrooms are not open, yet they want you to come and patron their place. Certain precautions should be followed so people are safe and taken care of.

Hi Al, sorry for the confusion. For the past two months we have only been allowed to be open for takeout due to the national pandemic. It's only recently that we've opened for inside seating. We have planned to open in phases as the CDC recommends. So at the moment our restrooms and our drinking fountain are closed to keep everyone safe from Covid-19. Supposed to be open until 10 pm on Sunday but closed at 6 pm! We missed it by 20 minutes. Beautiful day so numerous people going up to door to find it closed. Really disappointing and rather irritating when kiddos are looking forward to the ice cream.

Took my grandson because he loves the things he can add to his ice cream. Crowded. We sat inside. None of the employees wore gloves. Unacceptable when considering what they are doing. We sat inside and I observed minimal cleaning of the tables and chairs.

The wait staff was very pleasant and following best practices for the virus. The location can't be beat, overlooking the brink of the falls. Plenty of outdoor seating. My son had a coffee and I had a chai latte along with muffins. He returned in the evening for ice cream via the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Usually a wonderful way to end a fun evening. Used to be open until 11 pm on Fridays but I guess they changed their hours. Tried to go after a Drive game on Friday but got there just after 10 and they had closed with no sign or notice. Will absolutely come back, but you may want to call for hours later in the evening.

We were in town visiting our daughter and shopping and sight seeing on Main Street. Stopped here for iced coffee and iced tea. Excellent and friendly staff. We sat outside for a while just enjoying the sights and Main Street.

Top notch coffee shop and ice cream
.. we went there yesterday, a freezing cold and rainy day in Greenville.
We had takeaway for coffee, hot chocolate and chocolate ice cream. All great stuff cos very deli 👍
