Great Views

The view is why you come here. The food is slightly above average. The older male bartender on second floor is a bit grumpy, but the guys downstairs are fantastic. Its great for a burger and watching the sunset and football games.

Everything was amazing

4 in our party. Special occasion, mate reservation for dinner at 5. Asked for nice view We got all those. 2 orders of grouper rockefeller.... both amazing. One filet done to perfection. Gator bites app was good. Could have been more in bowl.... other than...deep fried peppers. The third meal was a cheeseburger.. which was loved. We were greated and treated by Sophie who was an amazing server. Restaurant was "out of " NZ Sav blanc.. had to get the most expensive one... but hey.. it was a special occasion. Would definitely go back... sunset views were spectacularMore

Great experience at The Quarterdeck

We enjoyed a surprise engagement and followed with dinner upstairs overlooking the water. VIEWS WERE BEAUTIFUL! We were seated at the best table in the house, thanks to the manager. Had a mix of entrees, all were wonderful from the burger to the grouper to...the steak. TOP NOTCH in every way! Staff was super nice and accommodating too! Take a trip up the lighthouse and see the BEAT VIEWS on HHIMore

Yesmi made our experience great.

Yesmi was a great waitress. Very knowledgable and great attitude. Husband loved the oysters and the shrimp were delicious.

Underwhelming

Arrived about 10 minutes early for a 6:15 reservation. Hostess was not at all friendly and could not figure out her seating chart for a restaurant not even 40% full. Waiter spoke so softly we could not even hear him. Waiter was not familiar with...the menu and inaccurately answered our questions regarding menu items. Appetizers arrived quickly, and almost immediately our next course arrived - we had to ask them to please not rush the next course so we could catch up. Food was good, but certainly nothing special. Given the number of excellent restaurants in HHI that are comparable in price and selection, I see no reason to return here. Atmosphere of restaurant was very disappointing and was not as described on website.More

Great views, pricey, poor service

Visited around Christmastime. Ate at bar. Food was fine, pricey as expected. The bartender Jonathan was awful. No personality or interaction with customers. Seemed to be learning computer system with his speed but we saw him last spring so know he wasn’t new. Almost contacted...mgmt after his rudeness and lack of professionalism towards customers last spring. It was like he didn’t want to be there. Although not rude this time he was not friendly but slow and inattentive. We waited forever for bill. Other staff member actually got us our bill. Most staff at Sea Pines go above and beyond. He did not. One and done works here.More

Amazing Restaurant

Must go!

The service was good, food great, the hostess was friendly and sat us at the perfect table. The manager checked on our table several times. The environment /ambiance was superb. Anyone that visits will not be disappointed.

Great Seafood with a View

This restaurant located adjacent to that famous lighthouse we a great find. I started with a local drink Sunset on the Sound and had to do another. We started with the Firecracker Shrimp that was very tasty. My wife enjoyed the Imperial Market fresh catch...while I enjoyed the Grouper Rockefeller. This is a place we would definitely come back to enjoy the meal with the great view of the sound and the golf course.More

Not sure we'd trust them with food !

Great location, lovely upper deck view, really nice server, good pours on cocktails, but a complete 'fawlty towers' (Google it) level of incompetence in getting what was ordered ! Manager came by and asked how everything was and we told him the problems we were...having in getting two drinks made the same, from THEIR daily special list !? He said 'sorry' and then just walked away ..... ? Everything was great if they could only figure out how to pour drinks consistantly.More

Water view outside dining & delicious fresh fish

Awesome view of the harbor. Our fresh mahi blackened fish sandwiches were tasty. The mix sautéed veggies were really good! Friendly staff/ server. We’ll be back!!

Great service from Fernando. Nasty F&B manager

We reserved a private room for Wednesday before thanksgiving 6 months prior. We had 17 people. We were nastily told on arrival we didn’t have a contract for a $2,000 minimum so we couldn’t sit there. (This was the first we were hearing of this...after numerous phone calls to confirm). The upstairs room was very loud with large groups. The appetizers were just ok other than the shrimp with garlic bread. The shrimp were awesome. Four of the seventeen entrees came out totally undercooked and took 25 minutes to return. We asked to split the check evenly 3 ways. The nasty F&B manger came up to us irate telling us that large group had to be paid on one payment method. She said it was on the website and we were told when the reservation was confirmed. (Again the first time we heard of this). Who makes these policies? We won’t be back and there are much better restaurants to spend you money on the island.More
