The selling point for this Restaurant is it's location. It sits on the 3rd floor above the pier and offers great views of the pier, the beach and ocean. The food is the usual fried fish, burgers and fries. My guess would be that all the ingredients are cooked from frozen. Wine was reasonably priced. The restaurant bar seemed like... More

My husband and I stay at the Bermuda Sands, which is adjacent to the 2nd Avenue Pier Restaurant. Because we can walk, we have frequented this restaurant many times. The food is always excellent as is the service and the view of the ocean is quite remarkable. In addition to the restaurant, there is a bar on the top level... More

Best by far for views. The food is great and My favorite is the Grouper Reuben. It is a little pricy depending on what you order and some portions run small but still a great place to eat.

The restaurant looks over the sand and ocean. Very nice atmosphere. We both had a ribeye and they had a very good flavor. My favorite was the loaded mashed potatoes. Very good.

Went for lunch - soup was a gumbo and great. Bunch of little shrimp (best for soup), sausage, corn and other goodies. Had the Grouper Ruben. Nice amount of fish with good dressing (subbed coleslaw for the sauerkraut) and fresh bread. Wife had fried shrimp. Breaded very nicely with good flavor. Can't say enough about the view. Waitress was great... More

Loved the grits so much we ate there each morning for 4 days in a row - they serve with your choice of shrimp, veggies or red-eye gravy. Breakfast is in enclosed restaurant with plenty of windows to view the beach and ocean- and in our case protect us from October winds. Afternoon drink specials and food is available on... More

Stopped in for lunch and had the shrimp and grits. It was probably the best I've ever had! Shrimp was perfectly cooked and plentiful, grits were creamy and full of Tasso ham. Great view of the pier and beach, too!

Thank Ron S
