Food was very delicious and served fast. Nice large portions and reasonably priced.Four stars because the decor (curtains) could use a good cleaning.

Lived in Germany for two years and have had a lot of German meals to compare it to. Was looking forward to conversing in German, but all the servers only spoke Spanish as a second language. Our server Vanessa was very attentive and friendly. Food...was good, but not as good as the other German restaurant in Myrtle Beach. Wife had the Jaeger schnitzel with mushroom gravy. I had the wiener schnitzel, knackwurst and bratwurst. My schnitzel was very dry. Spaetzle was the size of elbow macaroni which was something I'm not used to, but everything else with the exception of the knackwurst was authentic and tasted good. Knockwurst was different from how I'm used to having it prepared. Had the red cabbage and sauerkraut which were okay. Portion sizes are hugh. Had to take half home for lunch tomorrow. Atmosphere did not bring back any memories. Seating is tight but they offer both inside and outdoor seating. Not very crowded so the hostage caught me off guard when she asked if we had a reservation. No we didn't. So she says let me see if I can find you a table. A little funny as when we walked through the dinning room half the tables were empty and remained that way when we left. The outside area was about a 90% vacant. Not sure I'd returned since I more partially to the other MB German restaurant. But hopefully you'll enjoy as it wasn't a bad meal.More

Just saw it driving by and thought we’d give it a chance. Was incredible the entire experience! Haven’t had great experiences with German restaurants in SC, but killed it from start to finish. Food was amazing! Server was on point. Name was serge. He was...on top of everything. Best experience of our vacation.More

Excellent authentic German food. We keep coming back each time we come to Myrtle Beach. The snitzel can be cut with a fork. The German Chocolate cake was amazing. We even had great accordion music with out dinner.

The food was AMAZING! The place is adorable, the live entertainment was fantastic and Jeff was the most amazing waiter! The soup today was a potato bacon and was great. The pork shank and sausage plate didn't disappoint. We didn't have room for dessert but...we got some to go and can now say it ROCKED. We had the Banana Foster cake Lemonberry Mascarpone ..... so so good!More

Authentic Austrian atmosphere paired well with schnitzels and beer. The escargot appetizer is perfect. French fries are crisp and golden, I would however change the frying oil more often. Schnitzels were tender, but I raise the same issue on the frying oil… needs to be...changed more often. The red cabbage is wilted and has a clear vinegary taste. Potato salad seems scooped out from a ready made container. Bread is delicious though. The smoked red sausage smelled and tasted a bit old. Hostess seems to be constantly upset, but all servers were really nice and helpful.More

My wife really wanted German food. We came across this place on our research and super excited to try it. I called multiple times around 4pm and the hostess seemed overworked and confused putting me on long holds and kept telling me to come after...730pm. We ended up still going at 530pm hoping for the best thinking we’d have a long wait. To our big surprise when we walked in the place was half full at best. The hostess was not very welcoming and did not want to seat us down at first. She seemed overwhelmed not sure what’s going on. Feedback for improvement is on the hostess - be more welcoming and organized. Big kudos to our waiter Jeff. He was amazing with his fast but friendly service and gave us excellent recommendations. We went out for dinner a lot this week and Jeff was definitely our favorite waiter from the whole week in Myrtle beach. Great job Jeff! Food and drinks were amazing. Everything seems to be made fresh and with special care. Save room for dessert. Can’t wait to come back and order other items off the menu. Parking was easy right outside.More

My favorite German restaurant! Once again, this has been my favorite meal on our annual spring break teachers’ vacation to Myrtle Beach. Angeli was our server. She provided outstanding service and we feel she has been the most attentive server of all of our dining...experiences this week. The food was outstanding as usual. I had the Jaeger schnitzel with spaetzel, mushroom gravy and red cabbage. Good Food and service, highly recommend!!More

Another year, another must-visit to this excellent German restaurant. Once again we enjoyed the joyful accordian player accompanying the meal. The music adds a happy beer hall feeling, to this chalet-style wood-centric facility. Our server was friendly and attentive. As we've done before; we shared...the bountiful and tasty German Feast for Two: wiener schnitzels, bratwurst, knackwurst, spatzle, red cabbage, fried potatoes, sauerkraut and salads (with plenty leftover for satisfying later meal/snacking). We ended the feast with sharing some delightful apple strudel. To augment our leftovers, slices of the wonderfully indulgent Vienna chocolate cake and Sachertorte also accompanied us back to the resort. Our only regret, this year, was that we failed to make a second visit here, before leaving the area (so many great restaurants, so little time). Already looking forward to next year's return.More
