Growing up in North Carolina, my standard for barbecue is pretty high. Unfortunately, this just doesn't meet the bar. Flavorless meat but the sauces are good.

We tried a little a few things Ribs, brisket, Mac and cheese, fries, onion rings and potato salad. It was all delicious!!!! Great service!!!! Look for the truck with bbq smoker parked out front. The sign is a little hard to see.More

You can check with the restaurant in advance. I doubt that fennel is used but cinnamon is used in some of the desserts.

No. I do offer a vinegar and mustard sauce, but 99% of what I serve is a tomato based sauce with a good amount of vinegar. We serve our bbq wet. Thanks Joseph
